The deadline to apply for Bank of Baroda’s 58 managerial vacancies under advertisement BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2025/13 was 9 October 2025. That recruitment drive is closed; this is not a current application notice. The vacancies covered four roles with different qualifications, experience requirements and pay grades.
What was the Bank of Baroda 58-post recruitment?
Bank of Baroda opened online registration on 19 September 2025 for 58 vacancies across four managerial position titles. The official notification set 9 October 2025 as the last date to submit an application and pay the fee. The dates and eligibility below refer specifically to advertisement BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2025/13, not to other Bank of Baroda hiring drives.
The Bank described the vacancies as provisional and reserved the right to change the number according to its requirements. The notice placed the Chief Manager vacancy under Corporate Accounts and Taxation; the other 56 vacancies under Trade & Forex were identified as backlog vacancies from the previous recruitment exercise.

The notification set out age, education and work-experience criteria for each position, assessed as of 1 September 2025. Preferred qualifications were not substitutes for mandatory requirements. Chief Manager – Investor Relations
- Age: 30–40.
- Mandatory education: Graduate degree in Economics or Commerce.
- Preferred education: CA, MBA, EPGM, Certified General Management Executive from IIM, or an equivalent course from a reputed institution.
- Experience: At least eight years in banking or a reputed brokerage firm, including at least two years in investor relations, corporate communication, research or related work.
Manager – Trade Finance Operations
- Age: 24–34.
- Mandatory education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Preferred credentials: FOREX by IIBF, CDCS, CITF, or another Forex or international-business certification.
- Experience: At least two years in trade-finance operations at a public, private or foreign bank.
Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship
- Age: 26–36.
- Mandatory education: Graduation from an institution recognized by the Government of India, government bodies or AICTE.
- Preferred credentials: Forex or trade-finance certifications and certain postgraduate qualifications, as specified in the notice.
- Experience: At least two years in a public, private or foreign bank, including at least one year in trade-finance operations. Forex-domain sales-portfolio experience was preferred.
Senior Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship
- Age: 29–39.
- Mandatory education: Graduation and a two-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance or Trade Finance.
- Experience: At least five years at a public, private or foreign bank, including three years in trade-finance operations. Forex-domain sales experience was preferred.
A candidate could apply for only one post. The notice generally excluded experience of less than six months in an organization, except when it was part of current employment, and excluded clerical-cadre experience. It also provided age relaxation for eligible categories, subject to the applicable rules and available reservation points.
Application fee and process
The application fee was non-refundable, whether or not the Bank conducted an online test or shortlisted the applicant. The stated amounts included GST; payment gateway charges were additional.

The Bank considered registration complete only after online fee payment. Applicants were advised to retain the acknowledgement number and a copy of the submitted application, and to keep the email address provided in the application active for communications such as call letters or interview advice. The notice also required willingness to serve anywhere in India.
This process has ended. Do not use an old application link or assume this notice has reopened. For any current vacancy, check the Bank’s current career listings and verify the advertisement number, eligibility and dates for that separate drive.
Selection process and tentative online test
The Bank reserved discretion to use an online test, psychometric test or another suitable test, followed by group discussion and/or interview. The notification’s online-test format was tentative; it does not establish that every stage took place in precisely that form. The Bank also reserved the right to change the test structure and said the exam date would be advised later.

The notice stated there would be no negative marking for wrong answers in the tentative online test.

Pay scale and other employment terms
The notification’s pay figures are entries on the basic-pay scales, not estimates of take-home pay. Allowances and benefits were subject to applicable industry-level banking provisions and Bank policy.

For this recruitment, the Bank specified a 12-month probation period and a service bond requiring at least three years of service or, instead, compensation of ₹5 lakh under the notice’s stated terms. It also required a satisfactory credit history and a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at joining under Bank policy.
