The final deadline to apply and pay the fee was 12 July 2024 at 23:59, after the Bank extended the original date. The exercise covered Credit Analyst and other roles in Corporate & Institutional Credit and Finance; it is not open for new applications.
What the 168-post recruitment covered
The regular recruitment exercise appeared under advertisement BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2024/04. The Bank listed vacancies across eight role-and-grade combinations:
| Post and grade | Vacancies |
|---|---|
| Forex Acquisition & Relationship Manager, MMG/S-II | 11 |
| Forex Acquisition & Relationship Manager, MMG/S-III | 4 |
| Credit Analyst, MMG/S-II | 10 |
| Credit Analyst, MMG/S-III | 70 |
| Relationship Manager, MMG/S-III | 44 |
| Relationship Manager, SMG/S-IV | 22 |
| Senior Manager—Business Finance, MMG/S-III | 4 |
| Chief Manager—Internal Controls, SMG/S-IV | 3 |
| Total | 168 |
The Bank described the vacancy figures, including reserved vacancies, as provisional and subject to change according to actual requirements. See the official current-opportunities listing for the recruitment notice and subsequent process updates.
Final application date: 12 July 2024
The advertisement initially set 2 July 2024 as the closing date. A 1 July addendum extended the deadline for every post to 12 July 2024 at 23:59. The Bank’s official current-opportunities page records 12 July 2024 as the last date and links later examination, interview and result notices. The deadline has passed; the application portal is not a route to join this recruitment now.

Credit Analyst eligibility differed by grade
Eligibility was assessed as of 1 June 2024, and candidates had to be willing to serve anywhere in India. The two Credit Analyst grades did not share one eligibility profile:
| Credit Analyst grade | Education or credential | Age as of 1 June 2024 | Experience | Vacancies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MMG/S-II | Graduation in any discipline and CA | 25–30 | Relevant banking credit-appraisal, processing or operations experience was preferred. | 10 |
| MMG/S-III | Graduation plus a postgraduate degree specializing in Finance, or CA/CMA/CS/CFA | 28–35 | At least four years’ work in a bank, including three years in large- or mid-corporate credit, with exposure to credit appraisal, processing or operations. | 70 |
These are the notice’s stated requirements for the Credit Analyst posts, not a current eligibility announcement. Other roles had their own education, experience and age criteria. Upper-age relaxation depended on category and the reservation points applicable to each post, so applicants needed to check the post-specific eligibility table in the 2024 advertisement rather than assume one rule applied to all 168 vacancies.

Selection test announced in the notice
The Bank’s advertised online test was planned for 150 questions, 225 marks and 150 minutes. The notice said the process could be changed and could also include psychometric or other tests, group discussion and/or interview; the announced format should not be taken as proof that every stage was conducted unchanged.
| Test section | Questions | Marks | Role in selection as advertised |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reasoning | 25 | 25 | Qualifying |
| English Language | 25 | 25 | Qualifying |
| Quantitative Aptitude | 25 | 25 | Qualifying |
| Professional Knowledge | 75 | 150 | Marks used for shortlisting and ranking; a wrong answer carried a 0.25-mark penalty. |
Pay and employment terms stated for 2024
The notice quoted approximate initial monthly CTC figures for Mumbai. Allowances could differ by posting location.
| Scale | Approximate initial monthly CTC in Mumbai |
|---|---|
| MMG/S-II | Rs. 2.30 lakh |
| MMG/S-III | Rs. 2.80 lakh |
| SMG/S-IV | Rs. 3.30 lakh |
These are figures from the 2024 advertisement, not a statement of current Bank of Baroda pay terms. The notice also required a CIBIL score of at least 650 at joining, set a 12-month probation, and required a three-year service bond or payment of Rs. 1.5 lakh in lieu. Most listed posts could be posted anywhere in India; the Finance posts were initially Mumbai-based and carried transfer liability.

These were terms for the closed recruitment exercise, not fees for a current application.
