The available sources do not establish whether those Saturday Lotto prizes were claimed later.
Australind ticket wins Millionaire Medley Division One
The Australind News & Post ticket matched the six winning numbers in Millionaire Medley draw #4572, held on Monday evening, 14 July 2025. Lotterywest’s 15 July release confirmed the $1 million Division One prize and said it was the draw’s only Division One win nationally. Lotterywest’s release and PerthNow’s report, published 15 July 2025, identify the winning outlet; neither source identifies the ticket holder or says whether the prize was claimed.
PerthNow reported the Millionaire Medley numbers as 40, 4, 42, 5, 9 and 45, with supplementary numbers 6 and 2. The six main numbers determine the Division One match; supplementary numbers are separate.
Three Saturday Lotto prizes were unclaimed as of 15 July 2025
The same Lotterywest release said three WA tickets had won Division One in Saturday Lotto draw #4589, with each prize reported at $919,024. As of the release date, none had been claimed. That is a historical status report, not confirmation of their status now; the sources available for this article do not establish whether any of the three prizes were claimed afterward.

How Millionaire Medley prizes and odds work
Lotterywest’s Millionaire Medley game page says a draw selects eight numbers from 45: the first six are winning numbers and the last two are supplementary numbers. A Division One win requires matching all six winning numbers.

What Lotterywest said about WA wins in 2025
In its 15 July 2025 release, Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said: “It’s so exciting to celebrate four Division One wins for WA players in a matter of days,” and added: “Last night’s Millionaire Medley win takes our tally for the year to 46 Division One winners sharing in more than $82 million in prizes, which is a great result for WA players.” The 46-winner and $82 million-plus figures were year-to-date totals stated on that date, not current totals.

- Let's face it you don't want to give someone a winning scratch off ticket that shows they won a million dollars on it, you would probably lose friends and family if you did that. We heard your complaints and made our winning amounts 10k and 50k. That allows you to choose between the good, the bad, but not the ugly.
- Includes a total of 8 tickets. You will get 4 of the "Big Time Millions" design, and 4 of the "Jackpot Jubilee" design. The "Big time Millions" is a guaranteed $50,000 winner, the "Jackpot Jubilee" is a guaranteed $10,000 winner. In addition to those winning amounts, each ticket also wins an additional $30 for the top game.
- Each ticket measures 8 x 4 inches and includes 2 separate games per ticket. The back is very realistic but also has plenty of info telling them it's fake after they read the fine print, it's hidden enough to fool just about anyone. We didn't just phone in the back text either, the back alone is a crack up.
- Printed using HRP Technology (Hyper Realistic Printing). Some other tickets look ok on the front but once you see the back you can see how fake they look. Compare the front and especially the back of ours to anybody else's, you can see we went that extra mile on our design for both sides. Includes barcodes and scan codes just like the real thing. For the final touch we also added perforation on the top and bottom for that real lottery ticket feel
- Makes a great gift idea. Great for parties, social gathering, work / office parties, holidays, birthdays and any other special occasion. Also great for when you are just hanging out with friends.
