The footage prompted online speculation about the executives’ private relationship. That speculation is not proof of an affair, and the reporting cited here does not establish what their relationship was.

What was the outcome for Astronomer’s leadership?
Byron resigned after being placed on leave, and Astronomer’s board accepted his resignation. In the statement reported by the Associated Press on July 19, the company said: “Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.”
CBS News reported that co-founder and chief product officer Pete DeJoy served as interim CEO. The reporting establishes these leadership changes; it does not say that the board substantiated the affair allegation.

Did Astronomer publish the investigation’s findings?
The cited reporting does not provide a detailed final investigation report or findings explaining the board’s conclusions.
