Madix’s red Casa Amor recoupling dress was designed by her friend Taylor Jean Cox. According to Marie Claire, Cox fitted Madix at her home the day before she flew to Fiji, then made the dress and got it to set. It was custom, rather than an identified off-the-rack item.

Madix said she wants a Casa Amor recoupling look to feel “a little bit dangerous,” while a finale look can be more celebratory. For a similar mood, look for a dramatic red evening dress, but don’t describe a retail alternative as Cox’s design.

Why the on-screen outfits may not have exact retail matches
Madix works with stylist Emily Men and an on-set styling team. Peacock reported on June 2, 2026, that Madix brings roughly 20 outfits to Fiji—her estimate was, “It’s usually somewhere in the 20s.” The wardrobe is planned around major moments such as the premiere, Casa Amor recoupling, finale and Aftersun, with backups for last-minute changes. As Madix put it, “Things are always changing on a dime out there.”
Fit and production needs also shape what makes it on screen. Peacock reports that outfits may be tailored for Madix and adjusted to accommodate microphone packs, including when a garment is sheer. A look may therefore be custom or altered even when its general silhouette resembles something sold at retail.
