Arby’s Steak Nuggets—the item behind the 2025 headline—are back in 2026, now promoted with new Horsey Ranch. The offer is limited-time, available only at participating U.S. locations while supplies last, so check your local menu before making a trip.
What are Arby’s Steak Nuggets?
They are bite-sized pieces of steak, not breaded chicken nuggets. When the item first appeared in a limited test in May 2025, the pieces were described as chunks of prime rib, similar to steak tips. That early description applies to the 2025 test; Arby’s has not established that the returning version uses an identical recipe. Allrecipes’ May 2025 report
Are Steak Nuggets back at Arby’s?
Yes. Arby’s currently promotes Steak Nuggets as back with new Horsey Ranch. Its August 25, 2026 email described the offer as limited time, at participating U.S. locations, while supplies last. That is not a promise of nationwide availability or a fixed end date. Arby’s Arby’s email, August 25, 2026
What do they cost, and how many calories are in a serving?
Arby’s official menu lists a five-piece serving at 140 calories. Menu prices vary by location: one official restaurant page listed five pieces for $5.49, but that is an example for that location, not a national price. Check the menu for the restaurant you plan to visit for its current price and availability. Arby’s menu

How can you check whether your Arby’s has them?
- Open Arby’s online ordering or restaurant locator and select the location you plan to visit.
- Look for Steak Nuggets on that restaurant’s menu; confirm the listed price and serving details there.
- If the item is not listed or you are traveling to the restaurant specifically for it, contact the location to confirm it is in stock. Participation and supplies can vary.
What was available during the 2025 test?
The May 2025 test-market report described five- and nine-piece orders, plus a Steak Nugget sandwich with Havarti, crispy onions, pickles, and Horsey sauce, and a bowl served over white Cheddar mac and cheese with crispy onions. Those were formats described in the original test report, not confirmed options for the 2026 return. Check your local menu rather than assuming they are still offered. AOL’s May 2025 report
