APSSB instructed candidates to log in to its portal with their own credentials to download the admit card during the announced window. The notice does not establish whether candidate-specific records or a login route remain accessible now. Check APSSB’s site for current notices rather than relying on an old download link or an unofficial mirror.
When could candidates download the admit card?
According to APSSB’s 5 February 2025 notice, the download period was 7 February 2025 at 11:00 AM through 23 February 2025 at 9:00 AM. That period has passed, so the historic notice should not be read as an announcement that downloads are open today.

In the official archive, TCL refers to Tirap, Changlang, and Longding. A separate APSSB notice dated 2 January 2025 identifies Advertisement No. 09/2024 as the MTS (TCL) Examination 2024, concerning 82 vacancies in the Arunachal Pradesh Home Department for Sweeper, Barber, Cook, and Water-Carrier. The 82-vacancy figure applies to that specific advertisement, not to every APSSB MTS recruitment.
See the separate APSSB notice about Advertisement No. 09/2024 for that recruitment context.
