Who was eligible to apply?
The detailed advertisement required a minimum three-year diploma, bachelor’s degree, B.Tech or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution or university in the discipline specified for the post. The required engineering branch varied by post. Candidates needed to check the post-by-post subject table in the detailed APPSC advertisement; a qualification in one branch should not be assumed to qualify for a different stream.

How candidates applied for APPSC JE 2025
The application process was online through APPSC. One Time Registration (OTR) was required before submitting the JECRE-2025 application. These are the steps that applied during the now-closed application window:
Rank #2
- Brand New in box. The product ships with all relevant accessories
- Complete OTR, if needed. Candidates without an APPSC account first registered on the APPSC recruitment portal. The portal’s general OTR instructions describe entering personal and address details, creating login credentials, verifying an OTP sent to mobile and email, adding education or work details, completing declarations, uploading required documents and saving the registration.
- Sign in to the recruitment portal. Candidates who already had OTR used their existing user ID and password.
- Open the JECRE-2025 application. Applicants filled in and submitted the online form through APPSC’s website while the application link was active.
- Upload the required supporting material. Government employees were instructed to upload either a copy of the intimation sent to their Head of Department or a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Submit one complete application before the deadline. APPSC advised candidates to make a single application. If a candidate submitted multiple applications, the highest Registration ID would be considered, so that submission needed to be complete.
The OTR instructions explain APPSC’s general registration process; they are not a route to submit a new JECRE-2025 application now. The original deadline was before 5 p.m. on 10 October 2025.

JECRE-2025 has moved beyond registration and the written examination. APPSC’s portal lists marksheet and cut-off notices for the recruitment. Candidates seeking an individual result, record or current instruction should use the portal’s latest JECRE-2025 notices and the Commission’s advertisements listing, rather than relying on an old application link. The portal’s visible status can change as APPSC posts further notices.
