What was the extended last date to apply?
APPSC extended the application deadline to 17 January 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Scroll.in reported the extension and reproduced the notice wording: “Due to large number of requests made by the aspirants, the last date for submission of applications for the various posts under Group II services vide Notification No.11/2023 Dated: 07/12/2023 is extended to 17/01/2024 up to 11.59 midnight.” The extension applies to that 2023 notification, not to a current recruitment cycle (Scroll.in, 17 January 2024).

Is registration open now?
The dates above are historical. The sources establish the original and extended deadlines and report a screening examination scheduled for 25 February 2024, but they do not establish later exam outcomes, subsequent recruitment notices, or whether APPSC has opened another application window by 7 October 2026.
