The quarter ended December 27, 2025, so this was Apple’s December quarter—not the January-to-March period often called calendar Q1. Apple reported $143.8 billion in revenue and diluted earnings per share of $2.84.

Apple described the quarter as an all-time record for total revenue and earnings per share, with record revenue from iPhone and Services. The net-income figures and year-ago comparison are summarized in secondary coverage; Apple’s official release is the primary source for the other headline measures.
When was Apple’s Q1 earnings report?
The written results release and the related investor conference call both took place on January 29, 2026. “Earnings date” can refer to the release, the call, or the regulatory filing, so the date alone does not indicate which event a calendar is listing.
The quarter Apple reported
Apple’s fiscal Q1 2026 ended December 27, 2025. Apple’s fiscal year does not align exactly with the calendar year, which is why fiscal Q1 is also called the December quarter. It is not Apple’s results for January, February and March 2026, nor simply the fourth calendar quarter under a calendar-year accounting label.

Conference-call time and webcast
Apple’s earnings call began at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on January 29. Apple provided the live webcast through its investor-relations earnings-call materials and said the replay would be available for approximately two weeks after the call. That statement does not establish that the replay remained online in August 2026.
Some Apple regional newsroom pages display January 30 because of local publication-time conventions. The U.S. release and call date is January 29.

What Apple highlighted in the quarter
iPhone and Services records
Apple said iPhone revenue reached an all-time high and that every geographic segment delivered a record for iPhone revenue. Services revenue also reached an all-time high, growing 14% year over year. These are management’s descriptions of the quarter, rather than an independent assessment of which business caused the results.
Installed base and cash generation
Apple reported more than 2.5 billion active devices in its installed base. It generated nearly $54 billion in operating cash flow and said it returned almost $32 billion to shareholders during the quarter.

Dividend dates for shareholders
Apple declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2026 were scheduled to receive payment on February 12, 2026. The record date determines eligibility; the payment date is when the dividend was scheduled to be distributed.
