AP PGECET 2024 results were announced on June 19, 2024. At the time, candidates were directed to APSCHE’s official CET website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, to check results and rank cards. The result is historical: the result forms currently surfaced on the portal are for 2026, and it has not been verified that a 2024 scorecard can still be retrieved there.
When were AP PGECET 2024 results announced?
Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, announced the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) 2024 results on June 19, 2024. The university conducted the exam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
How candidates checked the result and rank card
At the time of release, candidates were directed to the official APSCHE CET portal. Contemporary reports said the result lookup used the candidate’s registration number and PGECET hall ticket number. One report also described date of birth as a credential for the rank-card flow. Follow the prompts on the official portal if it requests additional details.
The current APSCHE result and rank-card forms shown on the portal are labeled for 2026. Those forms do not establish that the 2024 individual result or rank card remains downloadable, nor do their current credential requirements confirm what the archived 2024 form required.

- Open the official APSCHE CET website.
- Use a result or rank-card link only if the portal provides one for APPGECET-2024; the currently surfaced forms are for 2026.
- Enter the information requested by that form. At the 2024 release, reports identified the registration number and PGECET hall ticket number for result lookup; the rank-card flow may also request date of birth.
- Save or print the rank card if the official portal makes the 2024 record available.
If you need an archived 2024 record and the portal no longer exposes it, follow the APSCHE site’s current exam-help instructions. The applicability of the current 2026 helpdesk details to old-result requests has not been established.
AP PGECET 2024 qualifying marks
The official APPGECET-2024 instruction booklet states that the qualifying percentage for obtaining a rank was 25%: 30 marks out of 120. It also specifies that there were no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates. This is the threshold for obtaining a rank, not confirmation of an admission seat.

No. A result and rank are part of the postgraduate admissions process; they do not, by themselves, establish that a candidate has been allotted a seat. Candidates should rely on APSCHE’s applicable admission notices for subsequent steps.
