Was the AP ICET 2024 application deadline “today”?
No. AP ICET-2024 was a completed exam cycle, so applicants cannot apply to it now. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) portal, accessed on 7 October 2026, lists newer cycles including AP ICET-2026 and retains AP ICET-2024 as an archive: APSCHE CET portal.
For the 2024 cycle, the official notification dated 1 March 2024 says online applications opened on 6 March. Its stated no-late-fee deadline is printed as “07-04-2023,” which does not fit the notification’s 2024 exam schedule. A contemporaneous copy of APSCHE’s important-dates page, archived on 6 March 2024 and hosted by an educational society, lists the no-late-fee deadline as 7 April 2024. That archived copy is the basis for the 2024 date; it is not a current APSCHE record.
What were the AP ICET-2024 application dates and late fees?
The archived copy of APSCHE’s important-dates page lists these historical application windows and added late fees. The registration fee itself was ₹650 for OC candidates, ₹600 for BC candidates and ₹550 for SC/ST candidates, according to the official notification.

What was AP ICET-2024 for?
Sri Krishnadevaraya University conducted AP ICET-2024 on behalf of APSCHE for first-year MBA and MCA admissions in Andhra Pradesh for academic year 2024–25. The test was scheduled for 6 and 7 May 2024, with sessions from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. on both days.
The instruction booklet describes a 200-question multiple-choice test, with one mark per question, covering analytical ability, communication ability and mathematical ability. It also states that AP ICET-2024 ranks were valid only for 2024–25 admissions to universities and constituent or affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
