Trustpilot likewise contains both positive reviews and one-star complaints without a denominator (Trustpilot reviews). Use reviews to identify questions to ask, not to calculate your probability of failure. A cosmetic dispute can also be an expectation mismatch if the listing disclosed the blemish.
