The clearest bargain was the 4-quart Instant Pot Vortex Plus air fryer at $65, advertised as 50% off for Prime members. Other discounts were more mixed: several were reasonable prices, while KitchenAid, Vitamix E310 and the Ninja CREAMi bundle had sold for less during earlier promotions.

The “last day” wording applied only to the 2025 event. The article reported a deadline of midnight Pacific time on July 11, 2025. That deadline has passed, so an appliance listing should not be described as available, discounted or Prime-eligible without a new retailer check.

Cosori 9-in-1 air fryer: sensible midrange option
The historical $90 price represented $30 off. The listing described a spacious basket, touchscreen, safety release and automatic pause. Confirm the exact generation and any applicable safety or product notices before buying a similarly named model.
Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro: air fryer plus countertop oven
At $320, or $80 off, the oven-style appliance offered several cooking modes and a stated capacity for a 14-pound turkey. It is substantially more expensive and space-intensive than a basket fryer. Choose it for toast, baking and roasting as well as crisping—not merely because its discount looks large.
Ninja 4-quart air fryer
The article listed an $80 price and $50 saving for a model with air-fry, roast, dehydrate and reheat modes, but also noted that it was not itself currently discounted at the time. Treat that figure as a historical listing, not evidence of a sale.

Rice cookers and multicookers
Cuckoo Twin Pressure Rice Cooker
The premium cooker was $190, $70 off with Prime. The roundup praised its rice results but noted difficult cleaning and an unintuitive manual. It makes sense when rice quality is a priority and you accept the maintenance; it is not the simplest choice for occasional rice.
Hamilton Beach programmable rice cooker
At $40, $10 off with Prime, this was the budget, low-friction option. The cooking pot and steamer basket were dishwasher-safe, but capacity and configuration options were limited. It suits straightforward rice and steaming rather than broad one-pot cooking.
Instant Pot Duo Plus 9-in-1, 6-quart
The historical $70 price was $70 off with Prime, but the listing was marked expired in the original article. A pressure multicooker is the right category for beans, grains, stews and pressure-cooked meals; it is not a substitute for a dedicated rice cooker when rice simplicity is the main goal.
Blenders, mixers and immersion tools
Vitamix 5200
The 5200 was listed at $350, $150 off with Prime, and described as a historical low for that year. It targets smooth soups, frozen drinks and other demanding blends. Its tall, older design and premium price can be excessive for occasional smoothies, so measure cabinet clearance before considering it.

Vitamix E310 Explorian
The $330 price represented $50 off, but the same coverage noted earlier prices of $300 and as low as $255. It is a lower-cost way into Vitamix’s high-powered category, not an exceptional bargain at that historical price.
KitchenAid Classic Series 4.5-quart stand mixer
The mixer was $300, $50 off. Its established attachment ecosystem is useful for regular bakers, but the roundup specifically noted a $250 price in May. Buy a stand mixer for recurring baking or attachments, not as a general replacement for a blender or food processor.
KitchenAid variable-speed corded hand blender
The $55 price was $15 off, with a variable-speed trigger similar to the recommended cordless version. It had sold for $5 less as recently as May, making this a modest discount rather than a standout deal.

Ooni Volt 12 indoor pizza oven
The historical price was $630, $270 off. It offered upper and lower heating controls and temperatures up to 850°F. The Amazon deal had already expired in the original coverage, although direct Ooni availability was noted at that time. Factor in the oven’s size and pizza tools such as a peel before treating it as a bargain.

Breville Joule Turbo and Anova Sous Vide Cooker 3.0

The Anova 3.0 was $138, advertised as 40% off, with 1,100 watts, stated 8-liter-per-minute flow, Wi-Fi and touch controls. Sous vide requires a water bath, bags and a suitable vessel; the Joule is a poor fit if you want physical controls without a phone.
Breville Juice Fountain Plus
At $120, $60 off with Prime, the juicer was described as extracting strongly and being relatively easy to clean immediately after use. It had previously fallen to $110, and its bulky size and pulp-cleanup burden make it a buy only for people who will juice often.
Ninja CREAMi bundle
The $200 bundle included extra containers and easy-to-rinse or machine-washable components, but the article noted a $160 price in January. Frozen-dessert fans may value the accessories; shoppers focused on price should wait for a comparable lower promotion.
How to judge whether a kitchen discount is real value
- Compare recent sale history. A crossed-out list price is less useful than a documented prior promotion. The examples above show why KitchenAid, E310 and CREAMi were weaker buys despite nominal markdowns.
- Match the appliance to the job. Basket fryers favor speed and footprint; dual-zone models favor simultaneous foods; toaster-oven fryers add baking and roasting; multicookers handle pressure cooking; rice cookers prioritize rice; blenders create smooth textures; stand mixers serve bakers; sous vide serves precise, planned cooking.
- Check the exact configuration. Verify capacity, model number, generation, bundle contents, color or size variant, seller and whether the price is tied to Prime or a coupon.
- Calculate ownership costs. Sous vide bags, pizza tools, extra CREAMi containers, counter space and cleaning time can matter more than a $20 or $30 discount.

- Follow the manufacturer’s pressure-release and fill-limit instructions; controls and safety systems differ by model.
- Air frying generally uses less added oil than conventional deep frying for comparable foods, but it does not automatically make every food healthy.
- Measure counter and storage space, especially for dual-zone fryers, oven-style fryers and juicers.
- Review return terms and the current seller. Marketplace prices can change by seller, capacity, color or bundle.
- For Prime-only prices, confirm membership eligibility and whether joining solely for the discount is worthwhile after considering membership cost and cancellation terms.
