The Alo Yoga Airlift Line Up Bra is a light-support sports bra with removable cups and adjustable straps. Alo says it is true to size, with a recommendation to size up for a fuller cup; one Who What Wear UK editor found it more compressive than Alo’s Airbrush bra during a try-on. That’s useful context, but it is not a controlled performance comparison.
What is the Alo Airlift Line Up Bra?
Alo describes this as a light-support bra for hot yoga and everyday wear. Its official product page says the Airlift fabric is designed to feel smoothing and lifting, and frames the bra for “a super-sweaty hot yoga sesh or on the street.” That is the brand’s positioning, not independent evidence of support under particular workouts.
The listed fabric composition is 77% polyester and 23% elastane. The bra has removable cups and adjustable straps. Alo’s product details are on its official Airlift Line Up Bra page.
How supportive is it?
Alo classifies the bra as light support. Who What Wear UK Junior Fashion Editor Imani-Nia Francis-Tsolakis reported little to no bust movement during her wiggle test and elbow crunch while trying on the Airlift Line Up set. She also said the bra felt slightly more compressive than the Airbrush style.
#1 Best Overall
Those are one editor’s try-on observations, not a measured result or a guarantee for other bodies and activities. The available evidence does not establish how the bra performs in a laboratory test or in a controlled comparison with other sports bras. For shoppers choosing support by activity, treat Alo’s “light support” label as the clearest product guidance rather than assuming the try-on result makes it suitable for high-impact exercise.
How does the fit work?
Alo says the bra fits true to size and recommends sizing up for a fuller cup size. That is the brand’s sizing guidance; the independent try-on does not establish a different size recommendation.
Rank #2
- Ideal for Gifting
- Ideal for a bookworm
- Compact for travelling
Francis-Tsolakis describes narrow adjustable straps, removable cups, a hook-and-eye closure and a flocked band. The hook-and-eye closure is a detail in her account of the try-on, while Alo’s official specification specifically confirms the removable cups and adjustable straps.
How does it compare with the Airbrush bra?
The only supported comparison here is about feel: Francis-Tsolakis found the Airlift Line Up Bra slightly more compressive than the Airbrush bra during her try-on. The sources do not provide a complete head-to-head comparison of support level, adjustability, padding, closure, sizing, price or size range, so this impression alone is not enough to rank the two styles for every shopper.

What do the rating and listing details tell you?
Alo’s product page displayed 4.2 stars from 1,004 reviews when captured on October 7, 2026. Ratings and review counts can change, and this is a snapshot displayed by the brand rather than an independently audited measure.
Who What Wear UK listed the bra at £88, in XXS–L and nine colors, including limited-edition colorways, in its January 15, 2026 article. These are UK editorial listing details from that date, not a current worldwide price or inventory guarantee. Check Alo’s product page for the latest market-specific availability.

The bra may suit shoppers looking for a light-support style with adjustable straps and removable cups, particularly if Alo’s stated hot-yoga or everyday-wear use matches their needs. Fuller-cup shoppers should factor in Alo’s advice to size up. Anyone seeking a proven high-impact option or evidence of long-term wear will need information beyond the product description and this single-editor try-on.
