Short answer: Allwebmart appears better suited to structured marketing workflows, while WhatSender/WSTool is a lower-cost desktop utility that sends through WhatsApp Web. They are not like-for-like products, and “WhatsApp Sender” can refer to several unrelated vendors. This comparison covers WhatSender.net/WSTool specifically; confirm the vendor before comparing prices or features.
Identify the exact product before comparing
“WhatsApp Sender” is a generic-sounding name used by multiple products, including WhatSender Pro, What-Sender, WAHTSender, and Whatsender.it. Their features, technical approaches, and pricing are not interchangeable.
Before buying, confirm the vendor domain, operating system, license model, and whether the software connects through WhatsApp Web or the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

How the two products work
Allwebmart: a broader marketing workflow, based on listings
Directories position Allwebmart as WhatsApp marketing software for businesses and agencies, listing bulk campaigns, contact management, scheduling, templates, auto-replies, media, reporting, and API integration. That breadth may suit recurring campaigns or teams that need to organize contacts and review campaign activity. The available listings do not establish the product’s exact hosting, user permissions, security controls, or WhatsApp connection method.
WhatSender/WSTool: desktop automation through WhatsApp Web
WhatSender’s official how-it-works page says WSTool opens WhatsApp Web in Chrome, uses ChromeDriver technology to simulate PC operations, and sends messages individually. The documented workflow uses a QR code to link the WhatsApp session. This is materially different from a service that sends through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Features that matter in daily use
Contacts and personalization
Both products are described as supporting contact handling and personalized messages. WSTool’s documentation is more specific about spreadsheet and text-file imports and name variables. For either product, test a small sample first: check country codes, duplicates, field mapping, and how blank or misspelled names appear.
Rank #2
Campaigns, scheduling, and media
Allwebmart directories list campaign management, scheduling, and image, video, document, and audio attachments. WSTool describes scheduling in its professional version, message delays, and attachments. A feature label does not establish whether a campaign continues if a computer sleeps, a browser session ends, or a WhatsApp account disconnects; ask the vendor to demonstrate the exact behavior.
Replies, chatbots, and integrations
Auto-replies and API integration are listed for Allwebmart, but the available directory material does not establish the supported integrations, API scope, or plan requirements. WhatSender.net’s reviewed pages establish WhatsApp Web automation, but do not establish that WSTool provides official API access or a chatbot. Ask for documentation and a demonstration rather than assuming similarly named products share features.
Reports and multiple accounts
Allwebmart is listed with campaign and delivery reports; WhatSender describes campaign logs and reports, along with multiple-account support. “Report” can mean only that a send was attempted, or it can include delivered, read, failed, replied, or clicked events. Ask which events are actually recorded, how long logs are retained, and whether multiple operators can access them.

- Technically, this is a cheeseburger phone, not a hamburger phone. But you'll just call it your new best friend. The burger phone has the following functions:
- Redial a call function
- Tone/Pulse Switchable
- Molded plastic: bun, cheese, ground chuck patty
- LED In-use indicator
WhatsApp Web automation is not the official Business Platform
WSTool’s documented Chrome and WhatsApp Web workflow is a browser-automation approach. By contrast, the WaBM site explicitly markets an official WhatsApp Business API service. Allwebmart’s directory listing of API integration is not enough to conclude that it uses the official platform; get confirmation directly.
Ask each vendor:
- Does this product connect through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, or require scanning a WhatsApp Web QR code?
- Must a phone or computer stay connected for campaigns to run?
- Can the number continue using the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app?
- Who controls the WhatsApp Business Account, templates, and contact data?
- Are Meta message charges included, or billed separately?
For the WhatsApp Business Platform, pricing can depend on recipient country and message category, and a provider may charge separately. See the WhatsApp Business Platform pricing document. Do not assume a software subscription covers message charges.

Allwebmart
Public listings conflict: SoftwareSuggest gives an approximate starting price of $42 per month in its Allwebmart comparison, while another SoftwareSuggest comparison lists about $33 per month for Allwebmart against Wappblaster. Techjockey lists price on request. These are not a confirmed current price; request a current quote and a written breakdown of plan limits.

WhatSender.net/WSTool
The official purchase page describes a free or trial option and a professional license around $29.90 for six months for one PC. Confirm the current price, edition, and device terms at purchase, and do not treat this license fee as covering any separate WhatsApp Business Platform message charges.
Similar names, different prices
WhatSender Pro, WAHTSender, and What-Sender are separate products. For example, WAHTSender lists monthly tiers of $10, $30, and $50 on its pricing page. Those figures do not price WhatSender.net/WSTool or Allwebmart.
Compare total cost, not just the software fee: subscription or license + message charges + setup and support + additional users or devices + list management and compliance work.

Consent and account risk
Bulk capacity is not permission to message a list. WhatSender’s own documentation says recipients should expect the messages, acknowledges that users can be banned, and places responsibility for responsible use on the operator. Delays, message variation, or account rotation are not guarantees against restrictions and do not make unsolicited outreach compliant.
Sending to unsaved numbers can increase operational and reputational risk. Actual delivery and account outcomes depend on factors such as consent, relevance, complaint rates, account history, recipient quality, and platform enforcement. The available material does not establish a universal safe daily sending limit.
- Keep evidence of opt-in and honor opt-outs promptly.
- Maintain a suppression list so opted-out contacts are not re-imported.
- Do not use purchased or scraped lists for cold bulk outreach.
- Pause sending if an account is restricted; do not immediately shift the same campaign to another number.
WhatSender/WSTool setup and practical recovery
WhatSender documents a QR-code login workflow through WhatsApp Web. Its steps are:
- Install the Windows or Mac software and add contacts manually or import XLS/XLSX, CSV, or TXT.
- Prepare the message, insert and check personalization variables, and add any attachments.
- Select a new or saved WhatsApp session, then open WhatsApp Web in Chrome.
- On the phone, open WhatsApp’s Settings → Linked Devices and scan the displayed QR code.
- Review the recipient list and message, then start sending; use scheduling if the professional edition supports the needed workflow.
- Review the campaign log or report and investigate failures before sending again.
These are practical troubleshooting scenarios for a browser-dependent workflow, not guarantees that a particular cause explains every failure:
- QR login fails: Check the phone’s internet connection, remove stale linked devices if appropriate, reopen WhatsApp Web, and authenticate again.
- Sending stops: Pause the campaign and check the browser session and account status. Avoid repeatedly reconnecting or increasing volume to force delivery.
- Contact import fails: Check file headers, encoding, phone-number format and country codes, and duplicate rows.
- Personalization is wrong: Send a small test batch and inspect every variable before continuing.
- The account is restricted: Stop automated sending, preserve consent records, and follow the platform’s review or appeal process rather than rotating immediately to another account.
Because WSTool depends on WhatsApp Web and browser behavior, changes to those systems may require software updates or disrupt automation.
Who should choose each option?
Allwebmart may fit better if
- You run recurring campaigns and want contacts, templates, scheduling, and reporting in a more organized workflow.
- Your team needs campaign processes or integration features, and the vendor can document the relevant plan, user controls, and connection method.
- You are willing to get a current quote because public pricing is inconsistent.
WhatSender/WSTool may fit better if
- You are a solo operator who wants a desktop tool for importing a list and sending personalized messages through WhatsApp Web.
- You have a modest, permission-based audience and prefer a license-based tool over a broader marketing suite.
- You are comfortable managing linked devices, local software, browser sessions, and account operations yourself.
Neither is a good fit if
- You need guaranteed deliverability or a ban-proof bulk sender.
- You plan to contact cold, purchased, or scraped lists.
- You require documented role-based access, audit logs, contractual uptime, data-processing terms, or formal support commitments that the vendor cannot provide.
- You require official API governance but cannot verify the product’s connection method.
When to consider an official-API provider
If your operation needs centralized team access, templates, integrations, or formal campaign governance, consider a provider that explicitly documents official WhatsApp Business Platform access. For example, WaBM markets API-based campaigns, scheduling, team inbox, templates, reporting, and API access on its official site. Its suitability, availability, fees, and geographic coverage still need to be checked against your business requirements; an API connection does not remove the need for consent or sound list practices.
