When was the NORCET 2021 admit card scheduled to be released?
AIIMS Notice No. 150/2021 listed 14 November 2021 for final online registration status and admit-card upload. That is the scheduled date, not confirmation of the portal’s exact live time. Hindustan Times was still reporting on 15 November that the card was expected soon, so the available evidence does not support saying it was definitely downloadable on 14 November. AIIMS’s official schedule set the examination for 20 November 2021.
How candidates were instructed to download the card
AIIMS’s instruction sheet, dated 9 November 2021, described this historical route:
- Open aiimsexams.ac.in and sign in to My Page using the candidate’s login credentials.
- Open the Recruitment tab and select the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-2021 link.
- Download and print the admit card. AIIMS said, “No hard copy will be posted.”
These are the instructions recorded for the 2021 examination, not a statement of current portal procedures. The evidence does not establish that candidate-specific 2021 cards remain accessible now; candidates looking for current recruitment information should check AIIMS’s official examination portal rather than rely on an old download route.

What AIIMS required on the 2021 printout
The instruction sheet asked candidates to print two copies and check the card before the examination. It specified that the first line of the printout show the domain IP address and the date and time of printing, and warned that a card without those details would be invalid. Candidates were also told to ensure the photograph was clear, the print legible, personal details correct, and the declaration signed, and to follow the other directions printed on the card.

What the examination covered
NORCET was the Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse-Grade-II) recruitment examination. India Today’s 31 October 2021 report described it as a three-hour test with 200 multiple-choice questions for 200 marks. That report gave qualifying marks as 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST; these figures are attributed to the contemporaneous report.
