AIIMS published the INI-CET July 2025 postgraduate seat-allocation schedule for participating Institutes of National Importance. Every date below is historical: the final acceptance and reporting deadline passed on 30 August 2025, so this is a record of the 2025 session, not current counselling guidance. For a later admission cycle, check the AIIMS notices for that session.
INI-CET July 2025 seat-allocation dates
The schedule covered online allocation for MD, MS, six-year DM, six-year MCh and MDS courses. AIIMS Notice No. 239/2025 set the mock, first and second rounds; Notice No. 283/2025 set the Open Round.

The first- and second-round dates are from AIIMS Notice No. 239/2025. Open Round dates are from AIIMS Notice No. 283/2025. The notices specified no further seat-allocation round for the July 2025 session.
What the Open Round required
Eligibility thresholds
The Open Round information brochure listed provisional minimum qualifying thresholds of the 50th percentile for UR, EWS, Foreign National and OCI candidates, and the 45th percentile for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD and Bhutanese National candidates. Eligibility was also subject to the brochure’s other criteria; meeting a percentile alone did not establish eligibility.
#1 Best Overall
Session-specific deposit
Under the brochure’s stated conditions, eligible candidates who were not holding an allocated seat and wished to participate in the Open Round had to deposit ₹3 lakh by RTGS/NEFT by 31 July 2025 at 5:00 pm. This was a requirement for the July 2025 Open Round described in that brochure, not a general rule for other INI-CET sessions.
Later notice on payment details
On 7 August 2025, AIIMS Notice No. 298/2025 asked candidates with missing or incomplete/invalid payment details to submit transaction and bank documentation by 9 August at 1:00 pm. The notice warned that candidature could be cancelled if the required details were not supplied. This follow-up concerned payment reconciliation; it did not change the published Open Round reporting deadline.

How to verify the archived schedule
The AIIMS 2025 notice archive brings together the July-session schedule, information brochure, FAQ, choice-filling instructions, seat-position documents and subsequent notices. Use it to check the historical record; for current counselling, rely on the notices for the relevant session rather than reusing 2025 dates or conditions.
