The Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 Phase-I admit card is no longer releasing soon: the exam was scheduled for 16–24 November 2024, and the intake’s published selection milestones were in May 2025. Candidates accessed the provisional card through the Central Airmen Selection Board (CASB) portal and their registered email. The steps below explain the original process; the old intake link may no longer be active.
Where candidates accessed the 02/2025 admit card
The Indian Air Force’s Intake 02/2025 notice directed eligible candidates to check their CASB Candidate’s Login at agnipathvayu.cdac.in. It also said the Phase-I provisional admit card would be sent to the candidate’s registered email. General Indian Air Force guidance likewise says e-admit cards are available online and sent to registered email, not by post: IAF admit-card guidance.
The admit card is not the same as the exam city slip. A city slip reports the allotted exam city; it is not the entry document described in the notice. Scroll reported that city-slip access began before the exam window, which ran 16–24 November 2024: Scroll’s city-slip report.
How to download the historical Phase-I card
- Go to the official CASB portal at agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
- Choose Candidate’s Login and sign in to the candidate account.
- Open the admit-card link in the candidate area and download the provisional Phase-I card.
- Check the exam details and print the card in colour.

When the card was available—and why reports differed
The official Intake 02/2025 notification stated that Phase-I admit cards would be issued to registered email IDs 48–72 hours before the examination. Scroll reported a 24–48-hour availability window on 14 November 2024. Because those published windows differ, the official notice is the controlling intake-specific reference; candidates were best advised to check their own login and registered email rather than rely on a single reported release hour.
What candidates needed to bring
The official instructions required a colour printout of the Phase-I provisional admit card and the original Aadhaar card. The notice provided exceptions for candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Assam, and Meghalaya who did not have Aadhaar. Those candidates should follow the alternative identity-document requirements in the official Intake 02/2025 notice rather than assume another ID would be accepted.

Exam and selection dates for Intake 02/2025
- Phase-I exam: 16–24 November 2024, as reported by Scroll.
- Provisional Select List: scheduled for 14 May 2025 in the Indian Air Force intake notice.
- Enrolment list: scheduled for 30 May 2025 in the same notice.
These are historical scheduled dates, not upcoming deadlines. For another intake, check the current notice and candidate login on the official CASB portal instead of relying on the 02/2025 schedule.

The 02/2025 notification said shortlisted candidates would receive a new Phase-II admit card through registered email and Candidate’s Login. The Phase-I card was therefore not a substitute for the later phase’s card; shortlisted candidates needed to retrieve the separate document when issued.
