The Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) Grade III and Grade IV written-exam results were announced on March 7, 2025, for exams held in 2024. Candidates were directed to separate Grade 3 and Grade 4 result portals and told to sign in with their application number and password. These were written-stage results, not the final outcome of every recruitment stage.
Which ADRE results were declared in March 2025?
The March 7 announcement covered written examinations for the ADRE recruitment cycle with exams held in 2024. Scroll reported Grade III exams on September 15 and 29, 2024, and the Grade IV exam on October 27, 2024. Scroll’s March 7 report and Careers360’s report identify these as written-exam results.
How to check the Grade 3 or Grade 4 result
At the time of the announcement, candidates were directed to use the portal for their grade. The reports listed these routes:
- Grade 3: slrcg3.sebaonline.org
- Grade 4: slrcg4.sebaonline.org
- assam.gov.in was also listed as a route.
Portal availability today and whether historical scorecards remain accessible have not been verified. If a link does not load, use the relevant official Assam government or recruitment portal rather than an unofficial login page.

What a written result means for the next stage
Passing the written exam did not by itself complete the recruitment process. The official notification sentence reproduced by Scroll said: “Successful candidates of the written examination will have to appear for the next level of tests/ oral interview and document verification, the details of which will be notified in due course of time.” The next requirement depended on the post and could include further tests or an oral interview, followed by document verification.

When checking your status, distinguish the written result from later skill-test, interview, and verification outcomes. A result described as provisional is not the same as final appointment eligibility.

Grade 3 final result
Careers360 reported a separate Grade 3 final-result announcement on October 10, 2025. Candidates who qualified the written exam had been invited to driving, computer, and stenography skill tests and document verification in June and July. The report also quoted Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma describing the results as “clean, transparent, and merit-based”; that is his characterization, not an independent finding about the recruitment process. See the October 10 Careers360 report.

Class IV interview-result notice
A separate notice reproduced by JobAssam, rather than hosted on an official commission site, was dated October 12, 2025. It said the Class IV interview result would be declared October 15 at 10:30 a.m. and that successful candidates’ results would remain provisional pending eligibility checks and document verification. India Today described the recruitment drive as covering 5,023 positions across ranks in Assam. This is the figure reported by that outlet, not a currently verified vacancy count. India Today’s March 7 report.
The reviewed reports do not establish exact category-wise or post-wise cutoff marks. Do not rely on an unsourced cutoff figure; consult the relevant official result notice or scorecard for your post and category. A meaningful stage-by-stage check should match the grade and post applied for, the written result, any required skill or interview stage, and document-verification status.
