For Australian shoppers, Adore Beauty’s official promotions listed 20% off Kérastase from 5–11 October 2026, while stocks last, when checked on 7 October. That dated offer may no longer be available: check the retailer’s coupon-code page and live promotions page before ordering. The retailer also publishes a 15% first-order offer for eligible new customers who join Adore Rewards; its code is emailed and has separate terms.
Where to find Adore Beauty discount codes and offers
Start with Adore Beauty’s official coupon-code page and live promotions page. Read the terms attached to the specific offer: promotions can vary by country, product, brand, minimum spend, account status, stock and dates. Some require a code; a gift-with-purchase offer may work differently.
As checked on 7 October 2026, the retailer’s promotional terms listed 20% off Kérastase for Australian customers from 5 through 11 October 2026, while stocks last. Because that validity window has passed, do not treat it as a current code. The live promotions page also listed gifts with purchase and other deals, whose eligibility and timing differ.
New-customer welcome code
Adore Beauty publishes a 15% discount on a first purchase for eligible new customers who join Adore Rewards. The code is sent by email, is valid for seven days, and must be used while logged in. The offer page also advertises free shipping when spending $75 or more; check the page’s accompanying terms to confirm eligibility and how shipping applies to your order. How to apply a promo code
- Add the intended products to your bag and review the offer’s eligible items, minimum spend, exclusions and expiry.
- At the cart or checkout, enter the code in the promo-code field exactly as issued. Adore Beauty’s general terms say the code must be entered before placing the order and cannot be added to a completed order.
- Check that the discount or gift appears in the bag and that the order total reflects the offer before paying. Do not assume a code has applied just because it was entered.
Adore Beauty says codes are generally limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with another promo code, and cannot be used to buy gift cards. Its general terms say codes are valid for Australian and New Zealand residents unless the particular offer says otherwise. Offer-specific terms can change or override general conditions, so use the particular offer’s rules rather than assuming every code works the same way.
Check exclusions before you shop
The retailer’s general excluded-brands page lists Aesop, Adore Beauty Bundles, Carrière Frères, CeraVe, Creed, Davines, Dior, ghd, Hermès, Iles Formula, Kérastase, Kilian Paris, Mr. Smith, Oribe, Parlux, Silver Bullet, The Ordinary, Therabody and Trudon. It says promotions are not valid on those brands unless otherwise stated, and promotional codes apply to full-priced items. The Kérastase offer dated 5–11 October 2026 is an example of an offer that may state otherwise.

Exclusions can differ by code type. The new-customer offer exclusions page has a shorter list than the general exclusions page. Check the exclusions linked from the specific offer you intend to use, especially if your bag includes sale items, bundles or products from named brands.

- The code is in the correct field and was entered exactly as issued.
- The offer has not expired, and the code has not already been used.
- The cart meets the minimum spend and contains eligible products.
- The products are not excluded sale items or brands.
- For a gift-with-purchase offer, the gift is still available and the offer’s conditions are met.
If the offer’s terms appear satisfied but checkout still rejects it, contact Adore Beauty support promptly with the code and order details. The retailer’s terms say promo codes cannot be added to completed orders and no refund or bonus products will be provided if a code was not applied correctly.
Adore Rewards and discount codes are different benefits
Adore Rewards includes account-based rewards as well as promotional codes. Under the terms effective 2 September 2026, Adore Beauty describes a $20 reward for every $250 spent and these spend-balance thresholds: Level 1 at $399 or less, Level 2 at $400–$1,499, and Level 3 at $1,500 or more. These figures and the rules for earning and redeeming rewards are subject to the retailer’s current Adore Rewards terms.

The same terms describe a limited-time allowance, beginning 2 September 2026, for eligible Beauty Bank rewards to be redeemed on some promotional, clearance, bundle and EDLP products. The trial requires at least $50 in eligible product subtotal before the reward; for online or app orders, the remaining eligible product subtotal must still meet the general $30 minimum after permitted discounts. Gift cards are excluded and only one reward may be used per order. Confirm the current terms before relying on this temporary allowance.

A members-exclusive Adore Rewards sale page describes level-specific codes for 15%, 20% or 30% off, but its stated sale dates were 26–30 August 2026. That promotion is expired, not evidence of an available offer now. Check the retailer’s current promotions and the dates on each offer instead.
