Is AccentForex a scam or a legitimate broker?
There are two separate questions:
- Which legal entity would operate your account? Check the client agreement and payment details; a brand name alone does not identify the counterparty.
- Is that entity currently authorised to serve you? Check the relevant regulator’s own register and confirm the licence covers the service offered in your country.
The sources reviewed do not prove that AccentForex committed fraud. They do establish a serious licensing concern: the Vanuatu FMA’s inactive-licenses page, updated April 2026, lists Accent Markets Group Inc. and accentforex.com as not currently licensed in Vanuatu. The older VFSC financial-dealer list dated May 19, 2025 showed the company as active with a Class A licence. The newer official listing is the strongest current evidence found; do not rely on the older list as proof of current authorisation.

Regulation: the first issue to check
AccentForex’s homepage names Butenix Capital Ltd, with a Seychelles address and company registration number 072342. TraderKnows, a secondary source, associates AccentForex with Accent Markets Group Inc. (company number 17926), reports that it was authorised by the VFSC on December 23, 2022, and says Butenix held a controlling interest and owned the domain. TraderKnows also says it found no record for Butenix Capital Ltd under that number in the Seychelles Business Registration Authority. This secondary account does not establish which entity would be your present contractual counterparty.
Before depositing, obtain the current client agreement and identify the exact legal entity, address, registration number, and licence number. Search those details independently in the regulator’s official register. Check that the registered website, permitted activities, and contact details match. Company registration is not the same as a licence to provide forex or CFD services.

TraderKnows reports that AccentForex has offered forex, stocks, precious metals, futures, and CFDs, along with MetaTrader 4, demo accounts, Micro, Mini, Profit, and STP live-account types, Islamic options, and PAMM services. These are reported product details, not confirmation that every product or account is currently available. AccentForex’s homepage says it is undergoing scheduled platform updates and that some features may be temporarily unavailable.
A trading platform login does not establish that a broker is authorised, financially sound, or reliable with withdrawals. For PAMM accounts, AccentForex says it provides a platform and monitors distribution of PAMM shares, while stating that it does not take part in managing client funds invested in PAMM. Be cautious with high leverage, guaranteed-return claims, fixed-profit promises, bonuses with trading-volume conditions, pressure to communicate through messaging apps, or referral promotions. Read the current product and risk disclosures before considering any service.

Before funding an account, check the current written terms for withdrawal fees, processing times, identity and source-of-funds checks, payment-method restrictions, and account-closure charges. Routine identity checks can be normal. A request to send a new payment before an existing balance can be withdrawn is a warning sign.
Do not pay an “unlocking” or “release” charge. Treat requests for advance tax, insurance, security, wallet-activation, or upgrade payments as serious warning signs. Verify any tax obligation with the relevant tax authority, not through an unsolicited payment demand.

If you have requested a withdrawal, save the request, account records, messages, receipts, and any wallet addresses. Do not give remote access to your computer or install software at an agent’s request.
How to check AccentForex before risking money
- Identify your counterparty. Read the current client agreement and note the legal entity, address, and registration and licence numbers.
- Check current authorisation. Search the relevant regulator’s official register yourself. For the Vanuatu connection, compare the April 2026 FMA inactive listing with the dated May 19, 2025 VFSC list; do not treat the older listing as current proof.
