How much does Abdukodir Khusanov earn a week?
There is no publicly confirmed weekly wage in Manchester City’s contract announcement. Several salary websites publish estimates, but they disagree:

The estimates span £40,000 a week, so it would be misleading to average them or report one as Khusanov’s verified pay. The most precise answer is that his actual wage has not been publicly confirmed in the official announcement reviewed; salary sites offer differing estimates.
Where would Khusanov rank among Leeds United’s top earners?
A comparison is possible only as an estimate, and the provider matters. Using Capology’s 2026/27 figures for both clubs, Khusanov is listed at £110,000 gross per week, while Leeds’ highest-paid player, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, is listed at £120,000. On that dataset, Khusanov would be £10,000 a week below Leeds’ listed top earner.

That is a comparison between estimates, not a definitive ranking of what either player receives. Capology’s amounts exclude bonuses, and other providers publish different figures or rankings. For example, SalaryLeaks lists James Trafford at £130,000 a week and Calvert-Lewin at £120,000 for 2026/27. Do not combine one provider’s Khusanov estimate with another provider’s Leeds list to claim a single ranking.
FBref’s Leeds wages page also identifies its wage data as coming via Capology and describes player amounts as unverified estimates. That caveat applies to reading the figures as pay disclosures, not just to comparing players.

Why the Leeds premise needs correcting
Manchester City’s official announcement says Khusanov signed a new five-year contract that keeps him at the club until 2031. He did not join Leeds according to the club information cited here. City’s earlier announcement said he arrived from Lens on a four-and-a-half-year deal through summer 2029; the later extension superseded that expiry date. Neither announcement states his salary.
Consequently, any answer to “where would he rank at Leeds?” is hypothetical. The available comparison says how his estimated wage stacks up against a Leeds estimate set; it does not indicate that he plays for Leeds or reveal a confirmed salary.
