Aaron Paul’s former Los Feliz home sold for $7.495 million on October 6, 2026, according to property records cited by Realtor.com. The 1922 Seyler House had been listed just under $10 million in July 2025 and reduced to around $8.2 million in January 2026. Its architecture and reported Hollywood history help explain the listing’s story, but the available reporting does not establish that either objectively justified the original asking price.
What happened to Aaron Paul’s Los Feliz home?
The property, known as the Seyler House, was listed in July 2025 for just under $10 million. Realtor.com reported a reduction to around $8.2 million in January 2026, followed by a sale for $7.495 million on October 6, 2026. The outlet said the closing figure was based on property records.
| Milestone | Reported price |
|---|---|
| Paul bought the house from Jim Parsons in 2019 | $6.95 million, according to Architectural Digest and Mansion Global |
| Initial listing, July 2025 | Just under $10 million, according to Realtor.com |
| Reduced asking price, January 2026 | Around $8.2 million, according to Realtor.com |
| Reported sale, October 6, 2026 | $7.495 million, according to Realtor.com, citing property records |
The sale was below both reported asking prices. It was $2.5 million below a rounded $10 million comparison, but the original asking price was reported as just under $10 million, so that difference should not be treated as an exact discount from a precise $10 million ask.

Who lived in the house before Aaron Paul?
Accounts of the property’s past occupants name several actors and other entertainment figures, though the lists differ and should be read as reported former residents rather than a complete, independently verified title history.
- Paul bought the home from Jim Parsons in 2019 for $6.95 million, according to Architectural Digest and Mansion Global.
- Published accounts also associate the house with Robert Pattinson, Tim Curry, Noah Wyle, Robert Richardson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Architectural Digest additionally lists Robert Luketic.
Mansion Global also recounts a story Tim Curry told in a 1998 Architectural Digest interview: a previous bidder withdrew from escrow after a psychic reportedly said the house was haunted. That is Curry’s anecdote, not evidence that the property is haunted.

What might explain the asking price—and what remains unknown?
The reported architecture, landscaped setting and celebrity lineage give the home a distinctive narrative. Architectural Digest and Mansion Global describe the roughly 1.5-acre property as secluded and landscaped, near Griffith Park, with features including a pool, cold plunge, koi pond, fire pit, amphitheater, terraces and patios.
Those details establish what the property was reported to offer; they do not establish a market valuation. The available coverage provides no appraisal or comparable-sales analysis showing what the grounds, amenities, architecture or celebrity history contributed to the asking price. The eventual sale price is a recorded transaction, not proof that the original list price was either fair or unfair.
