Verdict: I cannot verify enough reliable, regulator-level information about AAG Markets to classify it as a legitimate, well-protected broker. That does not prove AAG Markets is a scam. It does mean a cautious trader should treat the broker as unverified and high risk until its legal entity, licence, withdrawal rules, and payment details have been independently confirmed.
Do not rely on a logo, a polished website, social-media testimonials, or a claimed licence number. The decisive question is whether the exact company accepting your money appears in an official regulator’s register, with the same website, contact details, and permitted services.
What can be established about AAG Markets?
There is not enough independently verified information available here to confirm the identity of the company behind the AAG Markets name. That is an important limitation, not a minor technicality. A broker review should identify at least:
- the full legal company name;
- the country of incorporation;
- the company or registration number;
- the financial regulator and licence number;
- the exact domains and brands covered by that licence; and
- the entity legally responsible for holding customer funds.
If AAG Markets does not clearly disclose those details, or if the details cannot be matched in an official register, prospective customers should not treat the broker as regulated.

A company-registration record by itself is not enough. Incorporation only shows that an entity exists. It does not authorize the entity to offer leveraged forex or CFD trading, and it does not prove that customer money is segregated or protected.
Is AAG Markets regulated?
AAG Markets should be considered unverified unless its claimed licence can be matched directly through the regulator that issued it. Use the regulator’s own website, not a screenshot or a link supplied by a salesperson.
| If AAG claims to be regulated in… | Check the official register | What to match |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | FCA Financial Services Register | Legal name, reference number, website, permitted investment services |
| United States | NFA BASIC and CFTC records | Registered forex dealer or introducing broker status, disciplinary history, contact details |
| Australia | ASIC Professional Registers | Australian financial-services licence, authorized services, business name |
| Cyprus or the European Union | CySEC register and the relevant EU regulator | Licence number, domain, cross-border permissions, warnings |
| Other jurisdiction | The relevant government or financial-services regulator | Whether the licence covers retail derivatives and the exact entity named in the client agreement |
Pay close attention to near-matches. A scam website can copy a genuine firm’s name, use a similar domain, or display the licence number of an unrelated company. A genuine regulated firm should appear in the register with contact information that corresponds to the website you are using.

Warning signs to check before depositing
- Guaranteed returns. Forex and CFD trading involve substantial loss risk. Promises of fixed daily profits, guaranteed returns, or “no-loss” trading are not normal broker marketing.
- Pressure to deposit quickly. A broker or account manager who creates a deadline, offers a temporary bonus, or repeatedly calls for a larger deposit is using a serious warning sign.
- Unclear withdrawal terms. Read the withdrawal policy before funding the account. Look for unexplained limits, compulsory trading-volume requirements, discretionary “taxes,” and fees that are not shown in the account agreement.
- Advance payments to release money. Never pay a new deposit, “security fee,” “tax,” insurance charge, or percentage of profits to unlock an existing balance. Legitimate taxes are normally paid to the relevant tax authority, not to a broker’s personal wallet.
- Personal or crypto-only payment instructions. Money sent to an individual, an unrelated company, a private bank account, or a crypto wallet is difficult to recover and may not be going to the broker at all.
- Remote-access requests. Do not let a salesperson control your computer or phone through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar software. Do not disclose one-time banking codes or exchange passwords.
- Licence language without evidence. Terms such as “globally regulated,” “licensed worldwide,” or “compliant broker” are not substitutes for a specific regulator, legal entity, and register entry.
How to verify AAG Markets step by step
- Open the broker’s legal documents and copy the exact company name, registration number, address, and regulator claim.
- Search the regulator’s website manually. Do not use a verification link supplied by a salesperson.
- Compare the register’s website and telephone number with the AAG Markets website and your account correspondence.
- Check the client agreement. The contracting entity may differ from the brand shown on the homepage.
- Read the deposit and withdrawal sections for fees, minimums, processing times, and conditions.
- Contact the regulator using contact information on its official website if the entry is missing, ambiguous, or appears copied.
- If you still decide to proceed, make no large initial deposit. Test whether a small amount can be withdrawn using the documented process, and keep copies of every message and transaction.
What to do if you have already sent money
Stop sending additional funds, especially if AAG Markets says another payment is needed before withdrawal. Save the website URL, account statements, emails, chat logs, phone numbers, wallet addresses, bank details, and transaction confirmations.
Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask whether a transfer recall, card dispute, or chargeback is possible. Crypto payments are usually difficult to reverse, but the exchange or wallet provider may still be able to flag the receiving address. Change passwords that were shared or used on the broker’s website, enable two-factor authentication, and report suspected fraud to your national financial regulator and law-enforcement reporting service.
How AAG Markets compares with a safer broker
| Due-diligence question | What a safer broker should provide | Concern if AAG Markets does not provide it |
|---|---|---|
| Who is the legal entity? | Exact name and registration details in the client agreement | You may not know who owes you the money |
| Who regulates it? | Verifiable regulator entry covering retail trading | A claimed licence may be false or irrelevant |
| Where are funds held? | Clear explanation of custody and segregation | Recovery may be difficult after insolvency or fraud |
| How do withdrawals work? | Written process, ordinary identity checks, and disclosed fees | Unexpected conditions can become an advance-fee trap |
| Who can contact you? | Official domain-based email and published support channels | Impersonators may be using the brand |
Final assessment
Based on the information that can be responsibly verified here, AAG Markets should not be described as a confirmed scam—but it also should not be described as a legitimate, regulated broker. The appropriate classification is unverified and unsuitable for a cautious deposit until independent checks succeed.

The burden is on the broker to prove its identity and authorization. If it cannot provide a matching regulator entry, or if it asks for extra money to release a withdrawal, walk away and report the activity.

Is AAG Markets a scam?
There is not enough independently verified evidence to make a definitive fraud finding. However, without a matched legal entity and regulator record, AAG Markets should be treated as unverified and high risk.
How can I check whether AAG Markets is regulated?
Find the exact legal company name and licence number in its legal documents, then search the relevant regulator’s official register yourself. Confirm that the register lists the same website and permits retail forex or CFD services.

Should I pay a fee to withdraw money from AAG Markets?
Do not send a new deposit, tax, security payment, insurance charge, or profit percentage to unlock a withdrawal. Those demands are major advance-fee warning signs.
What should I do if I already deposited?
Stop sending money, preserve all records, contact your bank or card provider immediately, secure your accounts, and report the suspected fraud to the relevant financial regulator and authorities.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: AAG Markets is not sufficiently verified here to earn a “legit broker” rating. Until its legal entity, licence, domain, custody arrangements, and withdrawal process are confirmed through official sources, do not deposit funds. Any demand for an additional payment before withdrawal should be treated as a strong scam warning.
