Current primary program terms and eligibility rules for the offer have not been established. Your actual cost depends on your prescription, insurance, pharmacy, and any assistance program you qualify for.
What the $25 Lipofen offer does—and does not—confirm
RxPharmacyCoupons.com advertises a Lipofen offer with a maximum payment of $25. That listing does not provide verified current primary terms showing who qualifies, whether insurance restrictions apply, or whether the offer remains available. Treat it as a lead to check, not a promise that your prescription will cost $25.

The FDA notes generally that some drug manufacturers offer assistance at no cost or reduced cost, but that general information does not establish a Lipofen-specific manufacturer program. No current primary ANI Pharmaceuticals or Lipofen offer terms were verified. FDA guidance on prescription drug costs and assistance can help explain the broader landscape, but it cannot confirm eligibility for this advertised offer.

Rx Outreach lists tablets, not Lipofen capsules
Rx Outreach’s medication list lists fenofibrate tablets associated with brand names including Lipofen, Tricor, and Lofibra at $13 for 30 days. That listing is for tablets; current Lipofen labeling describes capsules. It does not establish the price or availability of Lipofen capsules, or that the tablet is suitable for your prescription. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist whether the exact tablet formulation and strength are appropriate before considering any change.

PAN Foundation lists Lipofen
PAN Foundation’s hypercholesterolemia assistance page includes Lipofen among its listed medications. This is a reason to check directly with the foundation; it does not confirm that the fund is open now, that you qualify, or that assistance would reduce your cost to $25.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to find your actual Lipofen cost
- Confirm the prescription. Check the prescribed strength, capsule or tablet form, and quantity or days’ supply. Lipofen is labeled as 50 mg and 150 mg oral capsules; do not substitute a different product or formulation without consulting your prescriber or pharmacist.
- Ask the pharmacy to price the exact prescription. Have the pharmacist process it through your insurance and tell you the resulting out-of-pocket amount. Ask whether any discount can be combined with your coverage or must be used instead of it.
- Verify assistance terms directly. Contact the coupon provider, PAN Foundation, or any manufacturer program you identify to confirm current availability, eligibility, insurance rules, and the amount you would pay before relying on a quoted price.
- Compare like with like. When evaluating alternatives, compare the same ingredient, dosage form, strength, supply length, and coverage conditions. A 30-day tablet price is not directly comparable to a capsule prescription or a different supply quantity.
What Lipofen is
Lipofen is a prescription medicine containing fenofibrate. Its current U.S. labeling identifies 50 mg and 150 mg oral capsules. The DailyMed label, revised May 12, 2026, indicates Lipofen as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglycerides in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia (at least 500 mg/dL), and to reduce elevated LDL-C in adults with primary hyperlipidemia when recommended LDL-C-lowering therapy is not possible. The FDA consumer guide to generic drugs lists Lipofen among fenofibrate brand names and explains that fibrates are used to treat high cholesterol and high triglycerides.
