How the 2024 application process worked
According to the contemporaneous report, applicants used the PSSSB website and followed this sequence. These steps describe the expired 2024 round only:
- Visit the PSSSB website and open Online Applications.
- Select Advertisement No. 02/2024.
- Register, then complete the application form.
- Pay the applicable category fee by the stated deadline.
- Submit the form and retain a printout for your records.

A separate recruitment was reported under Advertisement No. 07/2026 for 262 Junior Engineer posts across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Jagran Josh reported a reopened application window of September 1–9, 2026. A 9curry summary updated September 16 described that window as closed, although its FAQ gives a conflicting date range; the conflict should not be treated as settled. The available reporting indicates that the 2026 window is also closed. Jagran Josh’s summary and 9curry’s update concern Advertisement No. 07/2026, not the 103-post 2024 notice. Keep the notices, vacancy counts, requirements, and dates separate.
