Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko filed the reported lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in August 2025, seeking more than $50 million and alleging fraud and breach of contract, according to the Associated Press. The reporting cited here does not establish that Presley ignored Lisa Marie’s health problems or that she acted with the motives alleged. Singer’s response rejects the lawsuit; the available reporting does not describe a court ruling that resolves these accusations.

How does the Presley family trust dispute fit in?
The lawsuit’s allegations intersect with an earlier dispute over Lisa Marie Presley’s estate trust. The Los Angeles Times reported that Priscilla Presley challenged an amendment removing her as trustee and naming Riley Keough as sole trustee. Kruse and Fialko’s complaint reportedly links their account of the business dispute to the family trust and Graceland.
