How to look for the 2021 Clerk (Legal) result
Scroll.in’s July 2021 instructions pointed candidates to the PSSSB website and the result notice titled “Public Notice regarding Result of English and Punjabi Type Test held on 28/07/2021 for the Post of Clerk (Legal).” The route reported at the time was:
- Visit the PSSSB website.
- Open the “Results” section.
- Look for the notice titled “Public Notice regarding Result of English and Punjabi Type Test held on 28/07/2021 for the Post of Clerk (Legal).”
- Open the notice to view the result and download the file if it is available.
The original report also referred to a direct download link, but it does not establish that the link or the board-hosted notice remains available now. If the notice is not listed, check the board’s results archive or contact PSSSB rather than relying on an unrelated PDF.

Several PSSSB typing-test result notices are associated with Clerk recruitment, so check the recruitment details on the notice before using it. This result concerns Clerk (Legal), Advertisement No. 03/2021, and the test held on July 28, 2021.

Do not treat notices for Advertisements 17/2021, 18/2021, or 19/2021 as the Clerk (Legal) result. Compare the post name, advertisement number, and typing-test date printed on the notice.
Figures reported for the test
Scroll Staff reported in 2021 that 616 candidates took the typing test, 1,040 candidates had qualified to appear, and 160 Clerk (Legal) vacancies were being filled. These are figures reported by that article; the original PSSSB result notice was not independently available to confirm those totals.

A later PSSSB instruction document for Advertisements 17/2021–19/2021 describes Punjabi typing in Unicode-compliant Raavi font with an INSCRIPT keyboard, 10-minute English and Punjabi tests, and a minimum gross speed of 30 words per minute in each language. Those instructions concern later tests, not the Clerk (Legal) test under Advertisement No. 03/2021, so they should not be assumed to describe the July 2021 test.
