Candidates should use POWERGRID’s official recruitment listing and their own login to check any current, post-specific notices or individual status.
PGCIL Field Engineer and Field Supervisor exam date 2025
POWERGRID’s Notice-3, dated 29 September 2025, scheduled the CBT for Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil) and Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication) on 18 October 2025. A later POWERGRID attendance notice confirms that the examination took place on that date. The recruitment was advertised under reference CC/03/2025 for experienced personnel on a contract basis.
The notice is historical: the CBT is complete. Candidates looking for a new exam date should check POWERGRID’s official recruitment listing for any later campaign rather than treating the 2025 date as a future schedule.
PGCIL admit card 2025: release date and exam-day ID requirement
POWERGRID’s Notice-4, dated 14 October 2025, said the admit-card download link was live in the Candidate Login on the careers page. Candidates were instructed to carry the original government ID specified on their admit card for identity verification on exam day. The admit-card release has passed; the notice does not establish that a personal copy remains available now.

What happened after the CBT
POWERGRID published several subsequent notices. Their dates and scopes matter: later steps were not necessarily identical for every discipline, region, project, or candidate.

- 23 October 2025: POWERGRID published category-wise counts of candidates who appeared and said scores would be available in candidate login on or before 30 November 2025.
- 21–25 November 2025: Notice-8 set a candidate-consent window for eligible candidates with valid scores in relation to vacancies across regions and projects. That window is historical.
- Later notices: The recruitment listing includes region- and project-specific notices for stages such as document verification, interviews, medical examinations, and provisional selection.
There is no single public notice that establishes every candidate’s outcome. Check the relevant notice for the post and region or project, then check your own login for your application, score, or individual status.

Where to check official notices and your status
- Open POWERGRID’s official recruitment listing and find the Field Engineer/Field Supervisor campaign and relevant notice.
- Match the notice to your post or discipline and, where applicable, region or project. Later-stage notices may cover only a particular group.
- Open the Candidate Login linked from the POWERGRID careers page to check your own application or status. Public notices do not disclose an individual candidate’s private record.
