OSSC released the CGLRE Specialist-2024 preliminary hall tickets on September 16, 2025, according to Scroll. The exam was scheduled for September 21, 2025, so it has already taken place. Candidates can use the official OSSC website to check the live admit-card portal, but the available information does not confirm that the old Specialist-2024 download link is still active.
What happened, and is the hall-ticket link still available?
Scroll reported on September 16, 2025, that the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) had released admit cards for the preliminary exam of CGLRE Specialist-2024. Its report directed candidates to the OSSC website. The report does not establish whether the specific historical download link remains active now, so treat the event as a past release rather than a current application or download window.

How to check the OSSC admit-card portal
The current OSSC portal has a Download Admit Card section. Its live interface asks users to select a post, enter their date of birth, choose one of the listed identifiers, and complete a captcha. This describes the current generic portal, not necessarily the exact fields used by the historical Specialist-2024 link.
- Go to the official OSSC website.
- Open the Download Admit Card section and check whether the relevant post is available.
- If the post appears, select it, enter the requested date of birth, choose a registered mobile number, username, or registration number, and complete the captcha.
- Submit the form and follow the portal’s instructions. The current portal’s presence does not confirm that the old Specialist-2024 card can still be downloaded.
Scroll’s original report advised candidates to open the CGLRE Specialist 2024 admit-card link, enter login details, submit, download the card, and print it for reference. Those steps describe the reported 2025 process; the exact credentials and current availability of that link are not confirmed.
