The NIACL AO result announced on 9 October 2025 is the Phase-I prelims shortlist for the mains—not a final selection list. Open the official Phase-I result PDF to check whether your roll number appears, or use NIACL’s Recruitment listing to find notices for other stages.

How to check the NIACL AO Phase-I result

  1. Go to NIACL’s Recruitment listing.
  2. Find “RECRUITMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS 2025” and choose the Phase-I result notice. The listing also contains later-stage material, so match the notice to the stage you need.
  3. Open the result PDF and search for your roll number. On most computers, use Ctrl+F (Windows) or Command+F (Mac); on a phone, use the PDF viewer’s search function.
  4. Confirm that the document is the Phase-I result dated 9 October 2025 before interpreting the result. The direct PDF is available here.

The PDF lists roll numbers shortlisted for Phase-II. The available official document does not establish that it provides marks or an individual scorecard, so do not treat the roll-number list as a marks statement.

What the 2025 result means

NIACL’s Phase-I result is for its recruitment of 550 Administrative Officers (Generalists and Specialists), Scale-I. The preliminary examination was held on 14 September 2025, and the PDF identifies the listed candidates as shortlisted for Phase-II. The vacancy count is the recruitment’s stated total; it is not the number of candidates who qualified.

When announcing the prelims result, NIACL’s notice, as reproduced by Scroll on 9 October 2025, said: “Phase-II (mains) examination will be conducted on 29th October 2025. Downloading of call-letters indicating date and venue of Phase-II examination will commence shortly. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the Recruitment section of our website for further details,” The later official Phase-II result document states that the mains was held on 29 October 2025.

Which NIACL AO notice should you use?

Recruitment stage What the notice tells you How to find it
Phase-I prelims Roll numbers shortlisted for Phase-II; it is not a final appointment list. Open the 9 October 2025 result PDF linked above.
Phase-II mains Shortlisted candidates after the mains held on 29 October 2025; the official result PDF is dated 31 December 2025. Use the relevant Phase-II notice on NIACL’s Recruitment listing.
Interview and subsequent notices The recruitment listing includes interview material and provisional selection notices for pre-employment medical examination. These documents concern later steps, not the Phase-I shortlist. Check the current official listing and select the notice for the relevant stage and stream.

The listing’s later notices show why “NIACL AO result 2025” can refer to more than one stage. The Phase-I PDF is an earlier shortlist, not the latest overall recruitment outcome. The available information does not establish every stream’s final appointment status, medical outcome, or whether provisionally selected candidates joined; use the current NIACL notice for the stream and stage you are checking.
