The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on 11 November 2024 that the NTET 2024 advance exam-city intimation slip was available at exams.nta.ac.in/NTET. Candidates used their application number and date of birth to access it. The slip identified the allotted exam city; it was not the admit card, which NTA said would be issued separately.

What the slip showed—and what it did not
The city slip was advance information about the city in which the examination centre would be located. It did not establish the exact centre address. NTA explicitly cautioned: “The Candidates may please note that this is NOT the Admit Card for Entrance Examination.” The admit card was to be issued separately.

NTET 2024 timing and exam context
NTA’s release notice is dated 11 November 2024. Scroll reported the next day that the exam was scheduled for 19 November 2024, in computer-based test mode, with a two-hour duration. NTA’s 24 September application notice described a 120-minute examination in English and Hindi and said the precise date and advance city-intimation timing would be announced later.
NTA described NTET as intended for postgraduate candidates in Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy who wished to pursue teaching. Its current NTET page describes the test for postgraduates in Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani and now carries 2026 notices; it is the appropriate official destination for current updates, not evidence that the 2024 download link remains live.
