What happened to the $48 million listing?
Realtor.com reported that Jenner bought the Holmby Hills property in 2020 for $36.5 million and listed it for $48 million on December 22, 2025. The $36.5 million figure is a reported purchase price; $48 million was the original asking price. Neither figure establishes what the home ultimately sold for or its market value. Later coverage said the property was taken off the market and relisted in June 2026 at $38.5 million. NDTV reported the reduced ask on June 30, 2026, and The Real Deal’s July 1, 2026 search-result listing also reported it. These reports document a lower asking price, not a completed sale. What does the Holmby Hills estate include?
Realtor.com described the property as a 15,320-square-foot estate with seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Its coverage of the original listing also cited 12-foot gates, two guest apartments and two guest suites, a pool, cabana, gym, home theater, game room, outdoor projection screen, and sport court. These are details reported from the original coverage and listing language, not an independent inspection.
The listing described the property as “a modern fortress designed for the ultimate privacy seeker” and said it offered “a lifestyle that requires no exit.” Realtor.com attributed those phrases to the property listing; the report did not identify the listing’s author, so the wording should not be presented as Jenner’s own statement.

Her separate Hidden Hills project has been described as a planned home of approximately 18,000 square feet on land she bought for a reported $14.5 million in 2020.
