Where to check eligibility and recruitment terms
The advertisement directs candidates to Annexure A for the category-wise vacancy breakup, qualifications, and selection criteria. Its detailed terms address eligibility, education, domicile, and reservation. Consult the complete notification and annexure before relying on any particular requirement.
Exact age limits, licence conditions, category allocations, educational requirements, and pay details are not stated here because they have not been verified against the complete official annexure. JKSSB’s general guidance says eligibility is assessed under the criteria in the relevant notification; general board guidance does not replace the rules for this specific advertisement. The board’s advertisement index and candidate information can help locate official material.

How to follow later notices and prepare
JKSSB listings include later notices concerning driving tests and selection stages, as well as driver syllabus material. The board publishes multiple driver recruitment notices, so verify the advertisement number, item number, department, and applicable syllabus before acting on an update or preparing for a test. Use the JKSSB notice and syllabus listings rather than assuming a notice applies to this recruitment.
If you use a study book or other preparation aid, compare its content with the official syllabus for the correct recruitment. Treat it as optional study material, not as an official or board-approved resource.
