Globoplay is currently an optional service in Itaú’s Combinaqui monthly subscription platform—not an automatic inclusion in every bundle. Itaú lists the Standard plan with ads, not Premium. Combinaqui is for Itaú customers, who can choose an available combination or assemble one in the Itaú app.
What Combinaqui is—and what changed with Globoplay
Combinaqui lets Itaú customers select a ready-made combination of services or build a combination in the Itaú app, with monthly billing from their Itaú account. Globoplay is one of the services customers can choose; it is not included in every combination. Itaú’s current Combinaqui page lists Globoplay alongside examples pairing it with home assistance, health assistance or cellphone insurance.

A launch announcement reported that Globoplay would become available through Itaú branches and the SuperApp on September 5, followed by the 30 Horas call center beginning September 24. The available report excerpt does not state the year, so those dates should not be treated as a dated current rollout schedule. Which Globoplay plan is included?
Itaú currently lists Globoplay Standard with ads. Its FAQ explicitly says the Premium subscription is not included. Itaú lists up to three simultaneous screens and up to two family members who live at the same address. These limits and the plan description are those shown on Itaú’s page when reviewed on October 8, 2026; service terms can change. Check Itaú’s current Combinaqui details.

- Use your Visa Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including online.
How to activate Globoplay through Combinaqui
- Choose a Combinaqui combination that includes Globoplay in the Itaú app. Availability depends on the combination selected.
- Open the activation link sent by SMS or go to the Globoplay area in the Itaú app.
- Sign in to a Globo account or create one, then accept Globo’s terms to complete activation.
The Combinaqui regulation says Globoplay requires an internet-connected compatible device. Watching over mobile data uses the allowance in the customer’s mobile plan.
How cancellation and switching combinations work
Itaú says only one combination can be active per account at a time. Customers can cancel through the app at any time and keep access to paid services until the end of the month already paid. To switch combinations, cancel the active one and subscribe to another. See Itaú’s cancellation and subscription information.

- Double check if the URL/website is genuine before entering card details online. Do not provide any gift card details (example: claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. There are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.
- If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, notify Mastercard immediately by calling 1-833-791-7288. You will be asked to provide the Gift Card number and other identifying information.
- Use your Mastercard Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Mastercard gift cards.
Is the bundle cheaper than separate subscriptions?
Itaú advertises savings of up to 87% compared with subscribing to services separately. That is the bank’s promotional claim: the reviewed page does not show the calculation method or the comparison basket, so the percentage is not a guarantee that every customer or combination will save that much. To assess a specific offer, compare its monthly price and exact services with the same services purchased separately, and consider whether the ad-supported Standard tier, screen limit and household rule meet your needs.
