Justin Bieber’s Coachella 2026 booking was reportedly worth more than $10 million across the festival’s two weekends—an estimate attributed to an unnamed insider, not a fee confirmed by Bieber or promoter Goldenvoice. Rolling Stone reported the figure as $5 million per weekend and said Bieber negotiated directly with Goldenvoice. The amount is best described as a reported booking fee, not a verified net payday.

What was Bieber reportedly paid?

Rolling Stone reported in 2025 that an unnamed insider estimated Bieber’s fee at more than $10 million for both Coachella weekends, or $5 million per weekend. The report did not establish an exact total above that threshold or document a contract or payment. A Goldenvoice representative had not immediately responded to Rolling Stone’s request for comment on the fee. Rolling Stone’s report is the source for the estimate.

Billboard Canada later repeated the report and described the figure as $10 million, but it attributed its account to Rolling Stone rather than providing independent confirmation. That coverage called it the highest reported Coachella headliner pay to date; it is a reported comparison, not an official festival record. Billboard Canada’s coverage does not independently verify a contract or payment.

Why the fee is not the same as take-home pay

Rolling Stone said Bieber negotiated directly with Goldenvoice and did not have an agent for this deal, meaning the report said he would not pay an agency commission. That detail does not establish how much he kept. The available reporting does not account for taxes, performance-related expenses, or other arrangements, so it cannot support a claim that the full reported fee went into his pocket.

What “Coachella history” means in this case

The history claim combines a reported pay milestone with a performance milestone. Rolling Stone described 2026 as Bieber’s first solo Coachella slot, while noting he had appeared as a guest before: with Ariana Grande in 2019, Daniel Caesar in 2022, and Tems and WizKid in 2024. So 2026 was not his first appearance at the festival; it was his first solo booking there, according to the report.

Associated Press reported that Coachella 2026 was scheduled for April 10–12 and April 17–19 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, with Bieber among the headliners. Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Anyma were also named as headliners in Rolling Stone’s lineup report. AP’s event report provides the dates and venue.

How to read the reported figure

  • Amount: more than $10 million total, with the report estimating $5 million per weekend—not a confirmed exact $10 million.
  • Attribution: an unnamed insider quoted by Rolling Stone; neither Bieber nor Goldenvoice publicly confirmed the figure in that report.
  • Record status: described by Billboard Canada as the highest reported Coachella headliner pay to date, not established as an official festival accounting.
  • Net income: not disclosed. The reported direct negotiation and lack of an agent commission do not reveal taxes or other costs.
