How to download the KTET October 2023 scorecard
- Open the official KTET October 2023 result form.
- Select the category under which you took the examination.
- Enter your register number and date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format, then submit the form.
- If the portal returns your result, view and download the scorecard. Keep a copy for your records.
You will need your own candidate details to retrieve the result; the official form does not provide an anonymous search or a public name-wise result list.
When was the result released, and when were the exams held?
Careers360 and India Today reported that the result was released on February 29, 2024. That date comes from contemporaneous news reports; it is not displayed as an announcement date on the archived result form. The official KTET downloads page lists the October 2023 session examinations as having been held on December 29 and 30, 2023.
The session is identified as October 2023 even though the examination dates fell in December. The official results archive lists KTET-OCT 2023, and the downloads page includes a KTET October 2023 result link.

Choose the category you registered for
The result form requires a category selection. Careers360 describes the four KTET categories as follows:
- Category I: candidates seeking to teach lower primary, Classes 1–5.
- Category II: candidates seeking to teach upper primary, Classes 6–8.
- Category III: candidates seeking to teach high school, Classes 9–10.
- Category IV: language teachers in high schools, including Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu.

The official KTET downloads page describes K-TET as “an examination to assess the quality of teacher candidates for Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School Classes in Kerala.” The official page provides the result access route, while the individual lookup requires the candidate’s details.
