Kordell Beckham’s “spicy white cheddar” Cheez-It idea became the Kordeezy Cheezy Couple: a limited-time online bundle of two existing crackers, White Cheddar and Hot & Spicy. It was a pairing, not a new standalone flavor. You can still make the combination at home using Cheez-It’s official recipe.
What was Kordell Beckham’s Cheez-It flavor?
The collaboration translated Beckham’s spicy-white-cheddar concept into a bundle containing Cheez-It White Cheddar and Hot & Spicy crackers. The package featured Kordell-themed branding, but the crackers themselves were existing varieties rather than a newly manufactured “spicy white cheddar” product. Elite Daily’s announcement coverage reported the two-flavor pairing and the limited online release.
Beckham had discussed wanting a Cheez-It partnership and suggested the flavor concept during a July 22, 2024 appearance on the Chicks in the Office podcast. Elite Daily quoted him saying, “I have a flavor I’ve been thinking about that y’all can make: spicy white cheddar.” The collaboration was announced August 19–20, 2024; USA Network’s reunion recap published August 21 describes Beckham confirming it.
What was in the Kordeezy Cheezy Couple bundle?
The bundle paired one existing White Cheddar variety with one existing Hot & Spicy variety. The name, Kordell-themed packaging and promotional rollout made it a branded collaboration, but the “spicy white cheddar” taste idea came from combining the two crackers.

Cheez-It’s official recipe, Kordeezy Cheezy Couple, gives the at-home version: combine one box of White Cheddar crackers and one box of Hot & Spicy crackers in a serving bowl. The recipe lists 24 servings, but does not provide nutrition facts for a combined serving. Check the current package labels for ingredient, allergy and nutrition details; product varieties can differ.
Could you still buy the original Kordell package?
The original branded bundle was a limited-time, online-only promotion. Elite Daily reported that the first release became available August 20, 2024, and quickly sold out online; it also reported a second drop announced for August 23 at 11 a.m. ET. Those are details of the 2024 promotion, not confirmation of current inventory. The sources do not establish that the Kordell-themed package is available now.

Cheez-It’s FAQ says the brand may collaborate with partners on limited-edition products and promotions: “Yes! Cheez-It® may collaborate with other brands and partners on limited-edition products and promotions.” That describes the general type of campaign, not the present availability of this specific bundle. Cheez-It’s FAQ also says retailer availability can vary.

Cheez-It brand context
Cheez-It says its crackers launched in 1921 and are made with real cheese. Its current product range includes several cracker types and flavors, but that catalog context does not indicate that the Kordell-branded bundle remains on sale. For details on a particular variety, use the product’s current package or SmartLabel rather than assuming all Cheez-It crackers share the same ingredients or nutrition profile. Cheez-It’s FAQ identifies Mars, Incorporated as the brand owner as of 2025.
