Who was Leonid Radvinsky?
Radvinsky acquired Fenix International Limited, the company that owns and operates OnlyFans, in 2018. Before his death, Euronews described him as a director and majority shareholder, and CBS News also reported the 2018 acquisition. Those accounts describe his role before his death; they do not establish who owns or controls the company now.
OnlyFans allows creators to charge subscribers directly for content. The Associated Press described the platform as used largely for adult content, while noting that it also attracts public figures and creators outside that category.

How large had OnlyFans become?
CBS News, citing regulatory filings, reported that OnlyFans had about 350,000 creator accounts in 2019 and 4.6 million in 2024. These figures describe creator accounts, not subscribers or total users.
