Levanta announced a $20 million Series A on November 19, 2024, led by Volition Capital. The company said it would use the funding to hire for business development and develop its platform, which helps Amazon sellers build affiliate partnerships with creators and publishers.
What Levanta does
Levanta is an affiliate-marketing platform for Amazon sellers. It connects sellers with creators and publishers so they can form performance-based partnerships: creators promote products, and sellers can track resulting activity and pay commissions. GeekWire reported that sellers could use the platform to set up affiliate programs, recruit creators, generate revenue reports, and make commission payments.
Levanta’s current product page describes features including creator discovery, commission setting, reporting, and payouts. These are company-described capabilities, and platform features may change over time: Levanta Launch Plan For Amazon Sellers.
Who invested, and what was the funding for?
Volition Capital led the $20 million Series A, according to Levanta’s funding announcement. The company said the proceeds would support business-development hiring and product development intended to improve the experience and capabilities available to sellers and creators. Those were plans announced in November 2024, not confirmation that the hiring or product work was completed.

What Levanta reported at the time
In its November 19, 2024 release, Levanta said it had thousands of vetted creators and publishers. It also projected $286 million in annualized gross merchandise value (GMV) for sellers, based on its recent 30-day performance. GMV refers to the value of merchandise sold; this figure was a company projection, not an independently audited result.

The funding announcement establishes the round’s amount, lead investor, and the uses of capital Levanta said it intended. It does not by itself establish how much of the planned hiring or product development was completed, nor does the company’s reported GMV projection independently demonstrate platform performance. The announcement is best understood as a dated snapshot of Levanta’s plans and claims in November 2024, not as a current funding or operating update.
