IBPS interview call letters for several specialist posts were reported released on December 3, 2021. The reported download windows ended that month, so this is a historical notice—not an active call-letter link. The post list and dates below come from Scroll.in’s contemporaneous report; IBPS’s official sources provide general call-letter guidance, but do not independently confirm this specific archived release.
Which IBPS posts were covered?
Scroll.in’s December 3, 2021 report named these posts:
- Assistant Professors
- Faculty Research Associates
- Research Associates
- Hindi Officers
- IT Engineers
- IT Database Administrators
- Software Developers and Testers
The report gave specific download windows for only some of those roles. It does not establish dates for every post listed, so the dates below should not be applied to roles whose window is not stated.
What were the reported download dates?
| Post group | Reported call-letter window |
|---|---|
| IT Engineers, IT Database Administrators, Software Developers and Testers | December 3–17, 2021 |

How candidates accessed the call letter
The 2021 report directed registered candidates to the official IBPS website, then to the admit-card or call-letter link. Candidates were to enter their login details, download the letter, and print it. The old event links should not be treated as currently available.
For general help, IBPS’s current FAQ says candidates who cannot download an interview call letter should use the registration number and alphanumeric password received during application registration, or their date of birth in the format requested on the login page, during the stipulated period. Login screens may differ by recruitment cycle. See the IBPS FAQ for its current guidance.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to check on an interview call letter
Use the call letter issued for your recruitment cycle and the relevant notification as the authority for interview arrangements and required documents. IBPS’s PO/MT-XI notification states that the interview venue, address, date, and time are conveyed in the call letter; that detail is specific to that notification and should not be assumed to describe every recruitment. The FAQ also directs candidates to the applicable notification and call letter for document requirements. See the IBPS PO/MT-XI notification.
