Hungry Jack’s Burger Bites were a limited-time Australian menu item launched on 27 February 2024. They were described as crispy bites made with beef, cheese and ketchup. The available 2024 sources do not establish whether they are still sold or what they would cost today.

What were Hungry Jack’s Burger Bites?

Hungry Jack’s introduced Burger Bites as a snack sold at its Australian restaurants, not as a separately identified packaged retail product. PerthNow reported the launch on 27 February 2024 and described the bites as golden and crispy, made with beef, cheese and ketchup. The company’s Marketing Director, Luke Pavan, called them “a new way for customers to satisfy those big burger cravings in a bite-sized snack, perfect for when you’re on the go.” PerthNow’s launch report said they were available nationwide at Hungry Jack’s stores at the time.

What were the launch formats and prices?

The launch report listed two offers. These are historical prices reported on 27 February 2024, not confirmed current menu prices.

Launch offer Quantity and contents Reported price
Carry cup 10 Burger Bites and medium chips $4.25 (reported at launch in 2024)
20-pack 20 Burger Bites $5.95 (reported at launch in 2024)

What ingredients and allergens did Hungry Jack’s list?

Hungry Jack’s February 2024 sides-and-snacks allergen guide lists beef burger bites as containing beef (37%), flour, maize, water, vegetable oil, onion, tomato sauce, cheese and pickles. For the carry cup, the guide also lists a ketchup sachet. The ingredient listing is specific to that dated guide and does not establish the current recipe. The company’s 23 February 2024 What’s New allergen guide also included Beef Burger Bites in its product ingredient list.

The February 2024 guide marks wheat, milk and soy among the carry cup allergens. It also identifies natural sulphites and says added sulphites may be present. These details reflect the dated guide, not a guarantee about current ingredients or cross-contact practices. If you have an allergy, check Hungry Jack’s current official information and confirm details with the restaurant before ordering.

Are Burger Bites still available?

The 2024 launch report described Burger Bites as a limited-time item, but the available sources do not establish whether Hungry Jack’s still sells them in October 2026, or give a current price or current ingredient and allergen profile. Check the current Hungry Jack’s menu or ask a restaurant directly before making a trip or relying on an old price or ingredient list.
