A Bantam Supporters’ Trust report of a November 2025 meeting says the club’s managing director answered yes when asked whether Rupp had made significant investment in stadium improvements, staffing and recruitment. The report attributes to the managing director the claim that it was the highest investment in the club’s history under the current ownership, particularly over the previous 24 months (Bantam Supporters’ Trust, November 2025 meeting report). That describes investment in the club; it does not provide a personal balance sheet or a valuation of Rupp’s wealth.
What the takeover reporting establishes
