To participate in the U.S. McDVoice survey, keep your McDonald’s receipt, visit the official survey page, and enter the 26-digit survey code printed near the middle of the receipt. If your receipt has no code, use the alternate-entry link on that page. After completing the survey, record the validation code and follow the offer and redemption instructions on your receipt.
What you need before starting
- Your receipt from the McDonald’s visit. McDonald’s advises having it handy before taking the survey.
- Access to the official McDVoice survey page.
How to take the McDVoice survey
- Find the 26-digit survey code printed in the middle of your receipt.
- Open the official McDVoice page and enter the code as prompted. The page divides the code into groups.
- If your receipt does not have a 26-digit code, select the alternate-entry link on the official page. The page confirms this route is available but does not establish all the information the alternate form requests.
- Complete the survey and note the validation code shown at the end.
- Use the validation code according to the offer and redemption instructions printed on your receipt.
McDonald’s U.S. FAQ describes the validation code as one to use on a future visit. The offer is tied to the receipt, so check its terms rather than assuming a particular reward applies to every participant.

What to know about the validation code and offer
The code you receive after completing the survey corresponds to the offer printed on your receipt. The official survey page says the ability to take the survey and redeem that offer does not depend on the answers you give or on how satisfied you were with the visit. The page does not promise a single universal reward.

Use your receipt for timing and redemption terms
The official sources establish the code-entry and validation-code steps, but do not set out a universal receipt age limit, participation frequency limit, eligibility rule, or redemption period. Check the terms on your own receipt and the live official survey flow for those details; do not assume an expiration window or reward based on a general online description.
