Requesting mail is different from stopping it
A Macy’s customer-service privacy notice says customers can unsubscribe from direct-mail communications by calling 877-876-2297. That number is for stopping mail, not requesting a catalog; verify it on Macy’s site before calling. The customer-service page is a place to check current support options.
