The documented Subway Footlong Pass offer has expired, so there is no current purchase process to follow for that promotion. Subway’s last documented offer was a limited 2023 promotion. For any new deals, check Subway’s official offers and app; its current Sub Club loyalty program is separate and does not mean the paid pass is available.
Is the Subway Footlong Pass available now?
Subway’s last documented Footlong Pass promotion was sold in March 2023 and covered discounts in April 2023. The available official information does not confirm a later relaunch. That does not rule out a future or localized promotion, but the 2023 purchase window and codes are no longer valid. Check Subway’s U.S. homepage or the Subway app for current offers rather than relying on old sale dates or links.

How the 2023 Footlong Pass worked
Subway announced the return on March 17, 2023. The pass was a limited-time, paid promotion for eligible Subway MyWay Rewards members, not an ongoing membership benefit.
- Purchase window: March 21 through March 25, 2023, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, or until the limited supply sold out.
- Price: $15 plus applicable tax.
- Eligibility: MyWay Rewards membership; age 18 or older; and legal U.S. residency in a state or Washington, D.C. Iowa residents were excluded.
- Pass quantity: Subway said 250,000 passes were available for the 2023 return. The company also reported that 10,000 passes sold out in less than six hours in 2022.
- Discounts: 30 digital offer codes, with one delivered to the member’s MyWay Rewards account each day from April 1 through April 30, 2023. Each code offered 50% off one footlong.
- Redemption: Through the Subway app or online ordering at participating restaurants. Footlong availability and other offer restrictions applied.
These details come from Subway’s 2023 announcement. It does not establish that the codes could be transferred, used indefinitely, or redeemed in person without digital ordering.

How the Footlong Pass differs from Sub Club
Sub Club is Subway’s current U.S. loyalty program, not a replacement name for the paid Footlong Pass. Subway’s terms, last updated April 1, 2026, describe complimentary enrollment through Subway’s sites, including the app. Rewards and redemption depend on restaurant participation and the terms of each offer.
| Feature | 2023 Footlong Pass | Current Sub Club |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | $15 plus applicable tax for the 2023 pass | Complimentary enrollment under Subway’s current terms |
| Duration | Daily codes for April 1–30, 2023 | Ongoing loyalty account, subject to current terms |
| Access | Sold through a dedicated promotion site; offers redeemed digitally | Enrollment and account use through Subway’s sites and app |
| Availability | Expired promotion | Rewards and redemption depend on offer terms and participating restaurants |
For eligibility and current program rules, read Subway’s Sub Club terms. Subway advises customers to check with the restaurant before ordering, since participation and reward availability can vary.
