Activate a Skylight ONE payroll card online
- Open an official activation route. Type skylightpaycard.com/account/activate into your browser, or open Netspend’s Skylight ONE page and choose “Activate/Register.” You can also activate by calling the phone number printed on the back of your card. Use issuer-provided links rather than search-ad results that may imitate the service.
- Follow the activation and identity-verification prompts. Netspend says it may ask for information such as your name, address, date of birth, and government ID number, and may request a driver’s license or other identification. The exact prompts can vary, so enter the information requested on the official page rather than relying on a fixed field sequence.
- Choose a PIN. The official cardholder onboarding handout directs cardholders to select a PIN for ATM access.
- Register for online account access. Set up Online Account Center access so you can monitor your account online. Activation and identity verification are required before you can use the card account; incomplete verification may limit account functions.
Log in to the cardholder account
For routine cardholder access, open the official Skylight login page or choose “Log In” on Netspend’s Skylight ONE page. The Online Account Center supports checking your balance, reviewing recent transactions and statements, and managing account features.

If you mean an employer payroll portal
A payroll administrator or other employer-portal user does not use the cardholder login flow. Open the official First Time User Setup page and use the information in your Welcome Email to complete the form. After successful validation, the portal sends an email with a temporary password and instructions for finishing setup.
What to do if activation or login fails
Call the customer-service number printed on the back of your card if you cannot complete activation or sign in. The available official pages do not give readable, current instructions for specific errors such as an enrollment mismatch, password problem, or account lockout, so contact the issuer rather than guessing at a fix.
