A third-party rendering of SAG-AFTRA’s 2024 Form 990 data shows $0 in the compensation fields displayed for Drescher, but that period-specific entry does not establish her total income. No reliable, current figure for her net worth is substantiated by the available sources.
Fran Drescher is no longer SAG-AFTRA president
SAG-AFTRA says Drescher was elected on September 2, 2021, and served until September 2025. The union’s presidents page lists Sean Astin as president from 2025 onward. The question of what Drescher makes “as president” is therefore no longer a current-salary question.

What the 2024 Form 990 data says about her union compensation
A 2024 Form 990 rendering for SAG-AFTRA surfaced by 990Finder lists “FRAN DRESCHER | NATIONAL PRESIDENT” and shows $0 in the compensation fields displayed. This is the figure shown in that third-party presentation; it should not be described as proof that Drescher received no income or as her current annual pay.

The entry is limited by the filing’s reporting period and the compensation fields it presents. IRS instructions explain that Part VII compensation is reported for the calendar year ending with or within the organization’s tax year, and that Part VII amounts may differ from amounts elsewhere in a return because of differences in accounting periods or methods. The surfaced 990Finder rendering is not itself an IRS-hosted filing.

Why the filing does not show her total income
A union compensation entry concerns compensation reported by the organization under specified filing rules. It does not add up every possible source of a person’s earnings, and it does not measure assets minus liabilities—the basic components of net worth.
SAG-AFTRA describes Drescher as an actor, writer, producer, advocate, and author. That career context shows why one union filing cannot stand in for a complete personal financial picture; the biography does not quantify earnings from those activities.

Is there a verified figure for Fran Drescher’s net worth?
No credible, transparent, current financial disclosure establishing Drescher’s total assets and liabilities is substantiated by the sources available here. Celebrity websites may publish specific estimates, but without a verifiable accounting behind them, those numbers should be treated as unverified rather than reported as fact.
SAG-AFTRA’s biography of Drescher identifies her career and notes her memoir, Enter Whining, but provides no personal income or wealth total. The memoir is career context, not evidence of a salary or net-worth estimate.
