Antony Starr’s salary for playing Homelander in The Boys has not been reliably disclosed in the sources reviewed. Online estimates circulate, but they are not confirmed figures and should not be treated as his actual pay.
What is known about Antony Starr’s pay?
No reliable public source reviewed establishes how much Starr earns for playing Homelander. The official Prime Video listing names him in the cast, while Sony Pictures Entertainment’s show page provides series context. Neither gives a compensation figure. The Associated Press identifies Starr as the actor who plays Homelander, but its article does not report his salary.

Why online salary estimates are unverified
Some secondary pages and online discussions repeat estimates in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per episode. The available material does not trace those claims to a contract, a statement from Starr or his representatives, or attributable reporting explaining how the figures were established. One salary article repeats estimates attributed to other secondary sources, while a Reddit discussion notes that a salary article it encountered lacked a source and describes the numbers as guesses. Neither establishes Starr’s compensation.
Repeating an estimate across multiple pages does not make it confirmed if those pages do not identify a reliable original source. The available evidence does not support a precise amount or a verified per-episode rate.

What official sources do—and don’t—confirm
Amazon’s announcement about season five describes it as the series’ final season and lists Starr among the returning cast. It does not disclose his pay. These sources can confirm his role and the show’s context, but not how much he earns.

No. Homelander’s position or fictional income within the story is separate from Starr’s real-world compensation. A character’s wealth, status, or importance on screen cannot establish an actor’s contract terms.
